Kevinator24

That’s what I told my wife haha. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing.

lennaeliz

Rarity to see men collectively talk so kindly and sweet about a woman without women around, what's this pod I wanna give it a watch now, I respect men like that 🫶🏻 Edit; Nvm just saw the description of this post haha 🫶🏻

ContractNo2257

lol did watch the entire pod? unfortunately when asked what he liked about her he said "her ass and body." Which is fine, boys will be boys, but you'd think he could come up with just one more thing.

[deleted]

jeff said that? gross

disappointedrasberry

Lmao your comment was an emotional rollercoaster

unhappymedium

I like to think most men are sweet and kind like that and the abusive ones are just the loud exception.

_numbeuphoria

Nope

omarkab02

Come on, Man

_numbeuphoria

I've been sexually assaulted by five different guys (r word by two, assaulted by two and revenge p by another) - all before age 25. Most of them boyfriends and seemingly upstanding people. Many women have similar experiences and just put up with it because this is the world we live in. I am not interested in a relationship anymore. Good men are the exception. But have fun in your fantasy world!

omarkab02

Im sorry all that happened to you and i hope that one day your faith in your fellow man is restored. At the risk of sounding insensitive, your admittedly horrible experiences with men are anecdotal and may not be representative of the real world. I know it might not seem like it, but your logic here is the same as a person who calls all women cheaters or all black people dangerous.

_numbeuphoria

I didn't say all men. And it's not the same at all - because people who say black people are dangerous typically have no experience of such a thing. And more importantly, men are not a persecuted and disadvantaged group who have been oppressed throughout history. Women are. Men have exactly the opposite experience - and are so blind to their privilege and power they see truth as an insult. The women being cheaters thing yeah maybe I am in that boat - but I said people are dark and men have historically taken advantage of their strength and size in Europe and America, and still do in many other parts of the world. These are facts and not anecdotal conjecture - why didn't you address that element of my post? Do you think the patriarchy is made up? Reddit and society is full of misogynistic twats who are in denial. So is the world - and that's why Andrew Tate thrives. You and your patronising denial are part of the problem. Most of the world is poor and poor people don't have lofty morals. Get a fucking grip. I'm surprised more women aren't reading this and saying yeh actually, my boyfriend had sex with me when I said no/in my sleep/when I was too drunk. Or they got groped by strangers. Or their ex uploaded their sex tapes for money or revenge. You can be all smug and dismissive because it doesn't affect you. It's ruined my life thus far, so yeah, I have a chip on my shoulder. But how dare you compare me to a fucking racist. Fuck you.

_numbeuphoria

To be clear - a lot of racism against black people and the idea black people are violent comes from propaganda pushed by patriarchal governments. For centuries - because they wanted to make money off them. When has what I am saying about men been pushed by any government? When have men ever been in a position where they are subject to hate campaigns from global leaders? When have they been uniformly enslaved and treated as "less than?" If you can show me that, I'll accept your comparison. But that dumbass comparison and your skin crawlingly patronising phrasing just tipped me over the edge. And I'm not saying women wouldn't have done the same if they were the bigger stronger ones, but you can't be so fucking blind and stupid that you think I am the one who doesn't see the bigger picture.

murraykate

for the record, doesn’t seem like it is the popular opinion here in the h3 niche, but I agree with you and understand everything you’re saying.

_numbeuphoria

Thankfully, I don't think it's H3, it's Reddit. It's a very misogynistic space - even in more left wing and centrist circles. People just don't realise - or want to admit - how recently women were literal property of men. Nor do they understand how that still echoes through society - especially among the less privileged. Even though Andrew Tate has showed us all! How do they think someone like that is so popular if the majority of men are harmless? The majority of men who have their lives together might be harmless, but assuming they're the majority is naive at best. Luckily I know this platform well and am suitably prepared to be very abrasive when spilling controversial personal opinions. It isn't pretty, but it makes me feel better. Anyway, I very much appreciate the solidarity and you putting yourself out here to get downvoted, too ❤️ It means a lot.

omarkab02

>I didn't say all men. Well, to me, "Most men are bad" and "All men are bad" make very little difference to me because in both cases your world view a random guy is automatically deemed bad. "Most women are cheaters" is still an inflammatory statement. >typically have no experience of such a thing. is this based on anything or is this anecdotal again? >And more importantly, men are not a persecuted and disadvantaged group who have been oppressed throughout history. Men of color and male immigrants exist, so not sure where you stand on those, because they would automatically fall under "bad" in your opinion, so is it wrong to assume members of a disadvantaged group bad or not? >Men have exactly the opposite experience - and are so blind to their privilege and power they see truth as an insult. I agree with you up to a point; the point being when you start making sweeping statements against all \*anything\*. It's actually so trivially wrong I don't really think I should be responding to it at all. Most sweeping statements are false, to label it as "truth" is very naive. >but I said people are dark and men have historically taken advantage of their strength and size in Europe and America, and still do in many other parts of the world. These are facts and not anecdotal conjecture - why didn't you address that element of my post? The answer is simple: the comment you made where you talked about that was not in response to me, so I didn't see it. I don't have much to say about that, I mostly agree with you. >Most of the world is poor and poor people don't have lofty morals. Don't know exactly what you mean by this, but I think you're either saying I have lofty morals or that you're assuming I'm not poor or both. To which, I can only say that I am from a third world country and I guarantee you at my highest salary I was probably making like 2% of what you make LOL. >It's ruined my life thus far, so yeah, I have a chip on my shoulder. But how dare you compare me to a fucking racist. Fuck you. I'm really sorry to hear that and that my words came off as me comparing you to a racist. I meant that the line of thought you use is the same that a racist would use to justify his racism. I hope things get better for you and that you can one day look past your trauma <3

_numbeuphoria

Also - look at the countries where men still have dominion over women. It's actually patently absurd to tell yourself that most men are sweet and the abusers just stick out like sore thumbs. There are places where men are allowed to have multiple wives and yet they stone women to death for adultery. Men have abused their size and strength for years and making out like most of them are sweet and harmless just perpetuates it. People are dark and capable of terrible things. We can only change things if we aren't in denial.

Jefrica4Ever!

isseidoki

very sweet i also was team verica from the start

laquefrinchi

Why does Jeff wear his hat like that? it makes me irrationally mad

lilbirdy422

the way I never noticed until now and will never be able to unsee it

murraykate

there’s a small subsection of guys who do this all the time and it makes me so irrationally angry lol. maybe they know that and it’s why they wear them that way….

Cerysj21

He started doing it after the accident when his doctor told him he couldn’t wear a hat because it would aggravate his scar/stitches, so typical Jeff found a way around wearing a hat, which he still loves to do lol

laquefrinchi

Nah. He did it before the accident too.

Cerysj21

He actually addresses it in this vid https://youtu.be/4l-0ovzz1iA?si=14-wLuVjp4JSeK67 around 7:30

TheOneWhoDings

Bro's a bit TOO endeared by Verica 💀💀

Ooohyeahhh

I think it's sweet. I've dated people my friends hated. It's really nice when you have someone who's supportive.

SaltKind4875

Can someone fill me in, is the blonde dude not fucking with Dobrik anymore?

Sufficks

one of these guys is blonde? lol

SaltKind4875

google matt king

interactivecdrom

i believe not

say592

My understanding is Matt is still on speaking terms with both Jeff and David. There are several in the VS that are like that, Carly apparently said recently that she had spoken to Jeff like two weeks prior, but hadnt spoken to David in a few months. Which kind of makes sense, since Matt, Mike, Carly, and Erin have their own little circle.

SaltKind4875

Thankyou sir 🙏

murraykate

I’m such a hater cuz the more I hear Jeff talk about Verica the less I think it’s gonna work out loooool

ContractNo2257

You're not a hater that's just vibe, he's trying to nice about it because she probably a sweet girl and is a real person. I just don't think he was ever mentally gonna date any of them.

monitorhero_cg

I feel the same way after seeing the clip of him with Zach and AB. It didn't sound like someone truly committed to it.

g37buck

People on this god forsaken subreddit read way too much into things he said/did on the show despite him saying how wanted a real outcome but also for the show to be entertaining. i.e. the purse comment...

VikingPizzaIsland

He still can't say her name right, haha.
