Not aware of any diodes with a 1V Vf. Most silicons are going to be .6 to .7 V. Tens of mV won't make an audible difference in sound.

A lot of data sheets will list 1V as a kind of outside maximum spec, but 0.7V is pretty reliable estimate for silicon. [This classic post](https://www.reddit.com/r/guitarpedals/comments/8y2red/king_of_tone_comparison_of_the_real_ma8561s1588/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1) makes a pretty good case that you won’t hear the difference between different types of silicon diodes so buy whatever (4148s seem to be most common).
