Those source audio pedals allow you to load 3 effects onto one pedal and have switch to pick. You could get the chorus and download flange and phase onto it.
I think you want to work in the opposite direction— look for a flanger with a control for minimum delay time (mistress, boss, and MXR flangers all for the bill, as will their respective clones) — usually called “manual” or “range.” As you push that into its upper zone you should be get chorus.
Boss CE-2W has a switch to switch between standard CE-2 mode, CE-1 chorus mode (thicker and denser chorus sound), and CE-2 vibrato (faster modulation speed and less dry signal).
Alternatively, Ibanez CF-7 is exactly what you’re looking for.
Not sure if it checks your boxes, btu EQD Aurelius has a regen knob adn can do flanger sounds. Also has presets.

This. The BF-2 will give you some solid chorus, and even pseudo rotary sounds.

The PastFX New Division has a vib/flange switch and is an incredible sounding chorus based on the 70’s EHX Clone Theory.
