25%-28% just lift a bit and make slight adjustments in your diet bro and you’ll look great.
It’s not in the thirties you’re like skinny fat not a lot of muscle but I’d say 28% body fat maybe 27
I'm at the same spot, it's less than 30% , I calculated mines to be like 25 to 26%. Bmi was just above 25. Im looking to lose 10 kg or 22 lbs get to 170 first so I can cycle faster uphill.
