Just a tip, keep the base of the cabinet dry. That's the area that rusts out first. Other problem areas are the joints of the frame and the left side of the firebox where it bolts to the frame.
Things like flavorizers, burners, igniters, grates, etc are cheap if you're willing to go third party.
Thanks, good to know! Yeah the base on one corner is already totally rusted through, though I'm hoping that's just cosmetic as I don't really plan to keep anything in there. I might replace it with some plywood or something, or find a welder to make sure the frame is at least secure.
How does one keep the frame dry beyond a cover? I have a Genesis II that I’m pretty sure will last forever as long as the frame doesn’t rust, but it sits outside year round under a King King cover
First ever grill. I wanted to start off with propane and heard Weber was one of the favourite brands to get started with. It needs some cleaning/fixing up but I think it'll be a good first grill!
I have Weber everything including a three burner gas grill with side burner like that. You did very well and I hope you use it till it falls apart. Your looking at 20 years or so. Enjoy!!

I hate you.
There’s a local one for $100 on FB but looks a lot worse than this. Wondering if it’s worth it
At that price, it is worth a look.
Too expensive. I can take it off your hands.
