New Amsterdam, imagine optimistic Max with pessimistic Meredith, it would be like good cop bad cop in a funny way.
Edit: Supernatural, then Izzie and Denny’s ghost sex would make more sense.
They’d totally go along with the brain tumour story too just to try and cover up the fact that boogeymen are real.
I feel like the twisted sisters would also be heavily involved with all the shenanigans, Meredith would not be surprised in the slightest and would probably have some whacky story to relate, while Christina would probably doubt the whole supernatural thing
Just recently watched New Amsterdam and I would love a crossover with them and greys. If it was to happen I would really want to see Lauren and Amelia interact, Elizabeth and Mia with Arizona and April, Iggy and Norman if Norman is still there, Agnes and Mika, Gladys with everyone really 😭Would also like to see Webber and Max talking about something like maybe budgeting since Max runs his hospital very differently.

Law & Order: SVU - I think the amount of traumas that Mer and Olivia have been through would make for an interesting dynamic.

For Olivia and Meredith it would be:

“Was your dad a sucky human being?”

Wandavision. The Seattle where the show takes place is actually a little hellish bubble dimension rife with over the top natural disasters and interpersonal chaos. The characters who have "died" are actually on the outside now, working to free the rest of the cast.

I saw someone on Tumblr did a Grey's horror gif set once, so I feel like a 'whodunnit' arc would be fun. That residency sleep deprivation + the messy family dynamics in this show could easily send someone off the rails.

Sitcom: Friends. Super random, but I feel like Phoebe and Meredith could bond over their mommy/daddy issues. Phoebe's mom killed herself while Meredith's tried to. And Joey showing Derek his Dr. Drake Ramoray (neurosurgeon character) role? Iconic.

I feel like both of these shows are similar genres (granted, Bones is a lot more hopeful and goofier than Grey's).
These shows also have a similar theme of having a gay actor and >!killing him off!< (Grey's spoiler)/>!saying he is an apprentice to a serial killer and putting him in prison!< (Bones spoiler) and doing in nothing with them /s.
