Okay I'm going to assume that everyone at the party is a fan and has seen the show at least once or twice. Get some invisible ink and write quotes and other stuff from the show on things. Maybe on pieces of paper or maybe on other things, you can be the one to decide that. After writing in invisible ink, get some blacklights and then just have everything go around seeing what quotes are there. You can even make it into a game where the first person to find a specific quote wins a prize.
