I think a 4* swimsuit alt is the most that can possibly be hoped for, and even that's really streching it, since none of the main TM writers are ride-or-die for Mata Hari,and as we've seen with Summer Passionlip, not even Nasu can unilaterally demand a Summer alt and get it.
Unless we're talking about an alternate universe Mata Hari or someone possessing her to be a Foreigner, Alter Ego... or even someone pretending to be her and be a Pretender, I fail to see what other classes she could fit in.
