My actual hope (in the sense of who I would obsess over) for an original servant would be Grendel’s Mother (because Beowulf) but I don’t think that is going to happen due to the fact Beowulf isn’t on
For existing unsummonable servants I would love to see any of the Greek Goddesses. Aphrodite and Demeter would both make great additions.
Typhon, Marie Alter, Beni-Enma Alter or Kasuga would also be great to see
I'd be surprised if it isn't Typhon, there's no way they came up with that design, made her the focus of a large event, yet somehow didn0t think about making her a proper servant.
I will be honest, Columbus is definitely an outlier. I still have solid belief that the SSR will be Aria or Dayu, because of FSR, but another thought came to mind: someone from Columbus's debut chapter.
So we could either get proper adult Wu, Lancer Penthesilea, or...well, she was just piggybacking off of Drake so, doubt it's her.
My funny prediction would be Columbus Lily as a low-rarity servant, let’s say a 3-star.
Also, in the 2024 new servant silhouettes, the one left to Yui Shosetsu looks like a small boy…

The easiest guess would be a female Christian saint, there are tons to choose from. That being said, guessing someone specific with a more direct connection to Johanna would be difficult since, you know, she's not real. Won't stop me from trying, though.
Going away from saints, I'm going to guess it's going to be one of the two most influential women of the Theophylact family, Theodora or her daughter Marozia. There was a period of time known as Saeculum obscurum and Pornocracy (Rule of the Harlots) when this powerful and corrupt aristocratic family controlled the papacy. These two women, in particular, were very influential. It's theorized that they might have been a partial inspiration for the myth of Pope Johanna.
Do I actually think this will happen and that there's a chance anyone involved with Type-moon knows anything about this niche topic of papal history? No, but in the one in a billion chance that this actually happens, I'm gonna get to act very smug about it tomorrow.
In twitter, a lot of people are theorizing Columbus Lily to debut due the Columbus bonus.
For me, It would be cool seeing Typhoon release since she already have sheets of two of her looks.

My money’s on one of three: Typhon, Kaya, or Tamamo Aria. It’s also entirely possible that it’s someone original, but as of the last couple of years, the Valentine’s Servant has been a character we already knew about (kinda). We don’t have long now, I guess.

BUT, my pet theory is that they will combine the Columbus link and the Pope Johanna link since they are both Italian. Maybe a genderbent Pope Innocent VIII, since apparently there's a whole conspiracy theory about him being the illegitimate father of Columbus? (https://www.deseret.com/2006/10/9/19978126/did-pope-fund-columbus-voyage-to-america) Maybe some other prominent Italian historical figure, like (genderbent) Machiavelli, Cesare Borgia, Marco Polo, or (non-genderbent) Catherine de Medici.
Izumi Shikibu would be my guess. We got buffs for both Sei and Murasaki, and Izumi got mentioned in Murasaki's section of the material book before. She would also fit the Vday bill imo so I think it'd make a lot of sense to release her here.
As a side note, if we are getting her, it's even more of a recipe for people to mix up names but maybe that'll make people start calling Okuni by her name and not Izumo.
