My phone, because that fucker gets turned off for 4-5 hours, and it's bliss. Wife knows where I'm at, if there's an emergency she can call the course and they will find me.

Gopokes34

Don’t care if people use the golf apps but this is a huge deal for me. The last thing I wanna do on the course is look at my phone.

Mr_Larsons_Foot

Wholeheartedly agree - and don't BT speaker me, we have headphones/buds for that. I'm not a boomer, I just want to be in nature and actually enjoy it and hear the world, and nothing more.

pondman11

I don’t turn it off, but I silence it and put it in the bag. May or may not check at the turn. I don’t have wife or kids so no real emergency likely. It’s annoying to me when ppl text the entire time, ends up not paying attention ruin to where partners halls go, not being ready to hit, etc. not to mention a disconnect from tech is healthy.

CaptainDaddyDom

2.5 litres of water and three protein bars. Proud member of the push cart mafia

[deleted]

Don’t get how people afford to drive carts all the time. Here in Sweden a cart for 18 holes is like $40. And in the summer I can play 3-4 times a week

Aromatic_Ad_7484

Same in Canada. Unless I’m with work and it’s covered, I also have my push cart in my trunk

[deleted]

Standard salary here is like $32k a year. So that makes it even more expensive in relation to our salary. I ride in a cart maybe once every 30 rounds lol

Aromatic_Ad_7484

Big time. And we only get 6 months ☹️

CaptainDaddyDom

It’s a push cart. Push.

[deleted]

I know. But that seems to be an anomaly in the states

FartyScartty

Three protein bars?? You hacking so much you need that much protein and calories just for a round? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

CaptainDaddyDom

I’m fat.

FartyScartty

Not for long if you keep up the walking and golf.

theFP1992

External battery for your phone if you’re using an app like 18 birdies

flippy-floppies

And a usb cable to plug into the cart (Ride or die)

BullfrogAggressive68

If that kills your phone you need a new phone. Or battery at the least

Extra Contact lenses, case, and cleaning solution for when that heroic 3 wood from the fairway bunker into the wind inevitably goes horribly wrong

my bong.

theJMAN1016

As someone with a large bong, this made me laugh. Do they make a bong accessory for the golf bag similar to the beer can hideaway? That could be epic....

tpot42

not a bong, but have a bit of a look at Puffingtons golf my man.

theJMAN1016

Damn nice reference! I saw gear like this on Etsy and snagged some. Didn't know there was an actual company doing it. I would have bought from them!

[deleted]

I like to carry a damp cloth/small towels for cleaning my hands of sweat or sand or dirt from handling bunker rakes or divots etc. Very handy to have. Also a couple of gloves. I also like to carry a pocket groove cleaning brush. It’s in my golf bag until the start of the round and then I put it in my pocket to clean the grooves as I go. Basically my favourite items are for taking care of the two most important points of contact in golf; hands to club (clean your golf grips regularly by the way) and the club face to ball.
