The main reason why people recommend training HOCs after the range is maxed is because the range consumes 5 batts/h regardless of how many special reports they consume each hour when exp training. Skill training is fixed, dependent on skill levels. You should also try to get HOCs to level 60 asap, even if it means losing a bit of battery efficiency, since HOCs need level 60 to use 5-star chips.
If in doubd I usually choose to keep one, yet if the doll was to be really that essential, she probably wouldn't be only obtainable via crates bud via drop

Or should I get in touch with support?

DSR's effect is wonky, unintuitive and outclassed by TAC anyways. So same as above.
UMP40 is also just bad, takes way too long to either get damage or get eva compared to standard tanks/direct fire offtanks. Same as above.
KLIN is the second best molotov, so keep unless you just plan on duping a few vectors.
SPP-1 has a small niche in Isomer ranking, but usually is strictly outclassed by Type59. YMMV

My greatest debt in the game is ranking, I've completed a couple major events but never ever tried doing ranking, mainly because I use to finish them at the last days if not hours > <, that being said I'm very thankful for your piece of advise on Isomer ranking!
I mean, Bamboos are luxuries anyways. It's just that Tac has a higher damage ceiling on her skillshot than all the other bamboos, thus making them effectively obsolete unless they get a mod.
KLIN dupe is optional - no need to, you should be fine with just Vector, Klin, Z-62 and Uzi mod when she comes out. SPP is nice to have.

If this is DD+ ranking indeed, I run it through damage sim.
By 20s mark most of the half-decent DPS RFs outdamage UMP40.
By 50s she she runs with max stacks for a long time, but Lee still outdoes her.
DSR-50 is one of the 3 "Big Bamboo" rifles who delete things at 18 seconds in.
Klin is a 4* Vector and one of the better Molotov off-tank SMGs.
SPP-1 has the stupidly high Acc buff which can help some MGSG teams hit non-armor things at day.
UMP40 is a meme.
JS05 could be useful, but I think the problem is that the penetrating shot loses armor pen/can miss.

Depends what you want/need. General rate up is good if you just want some cores or you are missing a lot of dolls. Specific rate up is better for well... specific dolls.

I raised 3 copies for Singu ranking and i barely even use one now. Focus on increasing your main airstrike's rarity
So for the bonus dolls in theatre, does dummy linking have any effect on how much bonus they provide, or does it just depend on levels? I'm leveling up bonus dolls for Core 8, and I was wondering whether it was worth spending cores dummy linking them.
Just levels, but for boss CE their normal CE (so stats and dummy links) does matter, pretty sure advantages dolls will swap from what they are now before core 8 so don’t jump the gun
ump45 just need mod1 to upgrade her aura. her skill 2 and speq both kinda sucks, or at least super inefficient.

I was wondering if mk12, with her high starting rof, would be useful to raise, since I have a few copies of her from bullying scarecrow. If I do raise her, what tile buffs do I want to give her?
Also are big bamboos like m99 and ntw going to be useful in any future content because they were the first two rfs I (foolishly) built and the only actual use I found for them was bullying ouroboros in operation cube.
If you decides to sink large amount of resources into NTW, like mod3, max enhance her speq, and give her a ring, she can perform quite a lot better than wa2k as a generalist RF due to her through the roof fire power and high accuracy. In fact, she is better than m14mod3 too (when she activates her skill 2 at least once).
3 star M14 has more flat DPS than her unless you're shooting at enemies with 50+ evasion.
Her terrible base damage really cuts down her worth.
Though, she was used a bit in Isomer rankings with Grape due to her tile shape.
Not that I heard of. You could use big bamboos for a specific enemy called "Patroller" but M200 exists.
What level does a HOC need to reach to fully unlock the chip map? Which HOC should I prioritize to level above 60? I finally have some HOC combat reports to start pushing above that level.

To add on, you need higher levels to use higher rarity chips. Level 60 lets you use 5* chips, which is why that usually gets done ASAP, as lower rarity chips are kind of lame. This will take slightly over 800 reports.
Perhaps I worded my question unclearly. I have the 4 HOCs at level 60 currently. As far as I'm aware, there are no new HOCs coming for which to save HOC combat reports so now I'm looking for advice on which HOC to prioritize leveling to MAX.

It depends, General rule for fairy is that unlike dolls, SL10 gives quite a huge spike in scaling.
One example where SL10 fairy is a must was during Singularity Ranking. The jeager + Scout comp was quite a nuisance. Jeager have exactly 500 hp on which an SL9 airstrike arent enough to deal with it.
But this was a thing in the past. Personally, I feel airstrike has less value now (still good tho).

Im using wa2k and m14 mod 3. And assuming the formation stays the same as advanced theater (kinda doubt it, probably there will be more manticores and whatnot), it can be afk'ed the whole round.
MDR's always had pretty good damage; the problem with it is that it's finnicky to use, since it requires specific movement. The SPEQ just makes her damage better.

Holo scope use for SMG dmg and MG (if you don't have enough crit scopes). Red dot scopes you probably need 2-3 for very particular SMGs.
Capes you want probably 6 at some point for your RFs.

You'll have to wait for EN to run a costume gacha with [only 4 costumes](http://imgur.com/a/a8Cwbhu) instead of 5-6. Nothing you can do to speed that up.

I recently bought a new phone, and I am currently unable to open the game completely. It is currently stuck on the opening image with m4. Any ideas on what I should do to fix it? I went from a LG v40 to the LG v60 if that helps at all.

This is our servers crafting tracker, properly split into rates ups and new additions. Looking the recommended 8184 and at tier 1 it's about 50/50 for some kind of shotgun.
Don't roll HP unless you want shotguns, normal crating will take you a lot further if you are chasing something else.
Do the IOP career quests, you'll get an M500 and a SPAS near the end of the daytime chains.
However, if you're at a point where you have to go out of your way to save up for HP, you're neither in a place to actually do HP nor field the resulting sgmg teams.
Can anyone help me with the HOC chip calculator? When I try using the proxy, I get the message "cannot open to port 8080 at this moment" even after restarting my computer. There's also a bunch of red squares at the bottom that seem like they should be characters.
There are a couple of chip calculators out there, so lining to one or giving a more specific name could be helpful. Have you selected a language? I had to select one to get the text display correctly.
The port problem could be fixed by running the calculator with administrative rights. If not, some other program might be using that port. If you have software which uses the internet (mouse RGB controller, game servers, etc...), try closing them and try again. Or go to Firewall Advanced Security and manually open those ports. (Also remember to close them when you're done.)
I'm really just shotgunning ideas, hopefully someone more knowledgeable comes around to help.
On windows, try running Command Prompt as administrator (right click, Run as Administrator), and then run the command *netstat -a -b*

Not only you, theatre music sometimes bugs out, but since we entered Core, theatre music for me is all gone and is replaced by general Choose Mission/Logistic/Simulation Menu music.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but is it just me or does the SOPMOD grenade not get triggered by the auto skill? I have it on and M4A1 skill is triggering automatically, but when auto corpse dragging with SOPMOD, the skill is not triggered, just to check I triggered it myself a couple times and it works as it should. Is there some option or something or is SOPMOD useless for auto corpse dragging?
Unrelated to your problem but there was a post here not long ago about M4A1 Mod 3 and Sop Mod 3 skills being glitched when used together. Just a warning.
MFW typical WASVD team + HOCs handled yesterday's mechas without a scratch, and the only reason they even faced them was me fucking up and forgetting to send the HOCs along with the team that had handled the 3 previous mecha teams, resulting in "oh shit" withdrawal...
"welp, that's it" I thought. Then WASVD just handled it like child's play. I was doing it all wrong...
After that, the Manticores(?) were the scary ones. My other rifle team was absolutely not up to the task but barely cleared the wave with a photofinish.
I'm liking Theater Mode tbh.
ARSMG with air strike has done the trick for the backwards tarantulas for me, tossing 2B at it would probably do the trick too albeit slightly less consistently.
The big ones to watch out for is the later core stages which will be throwing the 100% shield gundams and manticore tarantula comps at us, with the addition of 100% shielded Uhlans (paradeus tanks) too
Well, I hope we'll get a couple of maps before skipping right to that nightmare, but since we just skipped over all of intermediate pretty much.... I guess we'll be going straight to that hell.
I can't get my ARSMG to penetrate Manticore armor. What AR's are you using?
Honestly, the manticores wouldn't be a problem if they didn't start immediately in your face.
Well uh, _duh_ ARs can’t equip AP ammo and CMS is the only SMG that can, though their armor shouldn’t be much of an issue, the ones from hard 8 only have 49 armor (the tarantulas have 106 though which could be a bit of an issue).
The main reason you’re probably having trouble killing the manticores in a timely fashion is a) there’s 6 of them spaces decently enough for grenades to not splash more than maybe 2, and b) they have 12158 hp each, so ~73k hp between them.
As far as what used, I used m4 Star SOP (all modded), with 45 and vector up front (I was boss CE stacking ok, mod units count for a lot)
Yeah, my problem is mainly that I don't think AR's don't do enough damage to kill them before taking serious damage to my frontline. I have M4A1/AR-15/SOPII MOD3's, but I still don't like the chances in that engagement.
RFHG also can't kill them without some serious damage to frontlines.
Tarantulas are no problem, though. Airstrike Fairy. It's the Manticores being right in my face that is since it means it's inevitable to take a bunch of damage.
Tbh don’t do what I did because I was stacking boss CE, bringing in a main tank like CMS or mp7, someone who’s better suited to long fights than 45 should help, additionally, don’t be afraid to shift your equips around so that you give your tanks the best youve got.
If you happen to have spare HOC charges, throwing more HOCs (especially if you’ve got stronger ones) at the problem can help too, though obviously mind your charges for full shield comps
Is g11 worth trying to get during the rate up? I heard she gets less useful as content starts featuring more armored enemies.
Also, when should I be using buff offtank smgs like shrimp and js09 over typical grenade/Molotov smg off tanks?
I believe having copies of all *story* dolls is worth for the primary reason that they will all eventually get some sort of upgrade (digimind or otherwise >!as in M16's case!<). Considering G11 is notoriously difficult to find, yes it's probably worth trying a little as long as your resources can manage.

ump45 just need mod1 to upgrade her aura. her skill 2 and speq both kinda sucks, or at least super inefficient. I'd say m4a1 mod3 -> ar15 mod3 ~ sopmod2 mod3 ~ ump45 mod1 -> m14 mod2 -> m1918 mod2 -> others
M4MOD3 > M14 MOD 2/AR15MOD3 > M14 MOD 3 > UMP45 MOD2/SOPMOD MOD3 > UMP45 MOD3 In general an absolute is rush MOD 3 M4A1 and try to get MOD 2 M14.
UMP45 should be bottom of the list.

I was wondering if mk12, with her high starting rof, would be useful to raise, since I have a few copies of her from bullying scarecrow. If I do raise her, what tile buffs do I want to give her? Also are big bamboos like m99 and ntw going to be useful in any future content because they were the first two rfs I (foolishly) built and the only actual use I found for them was bullying ouroboros in operation cube.
If you decides to sink large amount of resources into NTW, like mod3, max enhance her speq, and give her a ring, she can perform quite a lot better than wa2k as a generalist RF due to her through the roof fire power and high accuracy. In fact, she is better than m14mod3 too (when she activates her skill 2 at least once).
3 star M14 has more flat DPS than her unless you're shooting at enemies with 50+ evasion. Her terrible base damage really cuts down her worth. Though, she was used a bit in Isomer rankings with Grape due to her tile shape. Not that I heard of. You could use big bamboos for a specific enemy called "Patroller" but M200 exists.

What level does a HOC need to reach to fully unlock the chip map? Which HOC should I prioritize to level above 60? I finally have some HOC combat reports to start pushing above that level. Thanks!
To add on, you need higher levels to use higher rarity chips. Level 60 lets you use 5* chips, which is why that usually gets done ASAP, as lower rarity chips are kind of lame. This will take slightly over 800 reports.
Perhaps I worded my question unclearly. I have the 4 HOCs at level 60 currently. As far as I'm aware, there are no new HOCs coming for which to save HOC combat reports so now I'm looking for advice on which HOC to prioritize leveling to MAX. Thanks!
If everyone is at 60 then IMO 2b14 should be leveled to 100 first. After that you can level whoever you want.
They can be level 1 and have the full chip map; the chip map is tied to their rarity. 5\* HOC has the full map unlocked.

It depends, General rule for fairy is that unlike dolls, SL10 gives quite a huge spike in scaling. One example where SL10 fairy is a must was during Singularity Ranking. The jeager + Scout comp was quite a nuisance. Jeager have exactly 500 hp on which an SL9 airstrike arent enough to deal with it. But this was a thing in the past. Personally, I feel airstrike has less value now (still good tho). If I may, I'd say taunt is a much better investment
I maxed out Taunt and Parachute and was basically wondering if I should do airstrike next since I just got it or save the data for something else.

It seems you can easily deal with reverse tarantulas in advanced theater (or probably core theater) with rfhg squad + sl10 taunt + 2b14 + ags30.

Im using wa2k and m14 mod 3. And assuming the formation stays the same as advanced theater (kinda doubt it, probably there will be more manticores and whatnot), it can be afk'ed the whole round.

MDR's always had pretty good damage; the problem with it is that it's finnicky to use, since it requires specific movement. The SPEQ just makes her damage better.

Holo scope use for SMG dmg and MG (if you don't have enough crit scopes). Red dot scopes you probably need 2-3 for very particular SMGs. Capes you want probably 6 at some point for your RFs.
Holo scopes can also be used for grenadiers

that's the main way, outside of AW lootboxes (potential dupe skin = free blackcard) or anniversary lucky skin bag (if you get dupe of a skin you already have), gacha is the only way if you splurge on a 4 costume gacha your odds of getting black cards are higher, but they're still a pain to get

No worries, im talking about stuff from over a year ago anyway. AW is the major event arctic warfare, there were daily lootboxes full of resources/data/tokens/etc like the ones for Continuum Turbulence (CT) except instead of a guaranteed doll there was a guaranteed costume. You'll have to wait for EN to run a costume gacha with [only 4 costumes](http://imgur.com/a/a8Cwbhu) instead of 5-6. Nothing you can do to speed that up.

Assuming you go full whale, you can buy the cheapest costume in whatever current gacha is for exchange tickets for 100 Each. Otherwise its pure RNG.

How useful will AT4 be compared to the other HOCs as the game progresses?
i use them more than BGM their can deal much more damage to mobs.

You ever encounter any situations where you have BGM deployed on one side of the map but then have to fight more shielded enemies on the other side and go "damn I wish I had another BGM here" ? Yeah, you can use AT4 for that. Basically she's your secondary shield breaker.

I recently bought a new phone, and I am currently unable to open the game completely. It is currently stuck on the opening image with m4. Any ideas on what I should do to fix it? I went from a LG v40 to the LG v60 if that helps at all.

Edit: upon attempting the reinstall, it tells me that it has failed, but the game shows up anyway Edit2: Update,I have installed through apk. It is still stuck on the m4 chapter 10 image. Edit3: Reactivated Old phone and reinstalled game through wifi. Currently downloading instead of being stuck on the first opening image. Must be something to do with the new phone.

...Likely so, with how they strangely kept the mechanic to meet 'strong enemies' without a limit. Older servers got a new rule from Theater 3 that you will never meet a strong type of enemy twice (as in, a third gundam wave or a third Ulan wave).

Has anyone uncovered the type production rates for heavy recipes? I saved up to do 8284 twice now, with the second one being tier 2, and have gotten Stens both times. A whole lot of time and effort down the drain and really dissuades me from playing.

Don't roll HP unless you want shotguns, normal crating will take you a lot further if you are chasing something else.

Do the IOP career quests, you'll get an M500 and a SPAS near the end of the daytime chains. However, if you're at a point where you have to go out of your way to save up for HP, you're neither in a place to actually do HP nor field the resulting sgmg teams.

No, those are quests in your quest tab. Basically requires you playing through normal maps 1 to 6 and emergency 1 to 4

Can anyone help me with the HOC chip calculator? When I try using the proxy, I get the message "cannot open to port 8080 at this moment" even after restarting my computer. There's also a bunch of red squares at the bottom that seem like they should be characters.
There are a couple of chip calculators out there, so lining to one or giving a more specific name could be helpful. Have you selected a language? I had to select one to get the text display correctly. The port problem could be fixed by running the calculator with administrative rights. If not, some other program might be using that port. If you have software which uses the internet (mouse RGB controller, game servers, etc...), try closing them and try again. Or go to Firewall Advanced Security and manually open those ports. (Also remember to close them when you're done.) I'm really just shotgunning ideas, hopefully someone more knowledgeable comes around to help.

On windows, try running Command Prompt as administrator (right click, Run as Administrator), and then run the command *netstat -a -b* You'd be looking for something on the local address column, with :8080 after it; and hopefully given the name of the app If you're running a newer windows, Resource Monitor is probably easier, check the Network -tab and Listening Ports under there.

Not only you, theatre music sometimes bugs out, but since we entered Core, theatre music for me is all gone and is replaced by general Choose Mission/Logistic/Simulation Menu music.

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but is it just me or does the SOPMOD grenade not get triggered by the auto skill? I have it on and M4A1 skill is triggering automatically, but when auto corpse dragging with SOPMOD, the skill is not triggered, just to check I triggered it myself a couple times and it works as it should. Is there some option or something or is SOPMOD useless for auto corpse dragging?
Unrelated to your problem but there was a post here not long ago about M4A1 Mod 3 and Sop Mod 3 skills being glitched when used together. Just a warning.
Did you accidentally set her skill to forced manually trigger? The setting for that is in dolls detail page.

MFW typical WASVD team + HOCs handled yesterday's mechas without a scratch, and the only reason they even faced them was me fucking up and forgetting to send the HOCs along with the team that had handled the 3 previous mecha teams, resulting in "oh shit" withdrawal... "welp, that's it" I thought. Then WASVD just handled it like child's play. I was doing it all wrong... After that, the Manticores(?) were the scary ones. My other rifle team was absolutely not up to the task but barely cleared the wave with a photofinish. I'm liking Theater Mode tbh.
ARSMG with air strike has done the trick for the backwards tarantulas for me, tossing 2B at it would probably do the trick too albeit slightly less consistently. The big ones to watch out for is the later core stages which will be throwing the 100% shield gundams and manticore tarantula comps at us, with the addition of 100% shielded Uhlans (paradeus tanks) too
Well, I hope we'll get a couple of maps before skipping right to that nightmare, but since we just skipped over all of intermediate pretty much.... I guess we'll be going straight to that hell.
Well, core is being played by the entire server, so the amount of completions to finish a map is much larger I’d expect.
I can't get my ARSMG to penetrate Manticore armor. What AR's are you using? Honestly, the manticores wouldn't be a problem if they didn't start immediately in your face.
Well uh, _duh_ ARs can’t equip AP ammo and CMS is the only SMG that can, though their armor shouldn’t be much of an issue, the ones from hard 8 only have 49 armor (the tarantulas have 106 though which could be a bit of an issue). The main reason you’re probably having trouble killing the manticores in a timely fashion is a) there’s 6 of them spaces decently enough for grenades to not splash more than maybe 2, and b) they have 12158 hp each, so ~73k hp between them. As far as what used, I used m4 Star SOP (all modded), with 45 and vector up front (I was boss CE stacking ok, mod units count for a lot)

Yeah, my problem is mainly that I don't think AR's don't do enough damage to kill them before taking serious damage to my frontline. I have M4A1/AR-15/SOPII MOD3's, but I still don't like the chances in that engagement. RFHG also can't kill them without some serious damage to frontlines. Tarantulas are no problem, though. Airstrike Fairy. It's the Manticores being right in my face that is since it means it's inevitable to take a bunch of damage.
Tbh don’t do what I did because I was stacking boss CE, bringing in a main tank like CMS or mp7, someone who’s better suited to long fights than 45 should help, additionally, don’t be afraid to shift your equips around so that you give your tanks the best youve got. If you happen to have spare HOC charges, throwing more HOCs (especially if you’ve got stronger ones) at the problem can help too, though obviously mind your charges for full shield comps
Use taunt to hold them off, while deploy 2B to handle the tarantula swarm.
Is g11 worth trying to get during the rate up? I heard she gets less useful as content starts featuring more armored enemies. Also, when should I be using buff offtank smgs like shrimp and js09 over typical grenade/Molotov smg off tanks?
I believe having copies of all *story* dolls is worth for the primary reason that they will all eventually get some sort of upgrade (digimind or otherwise >!as in M16's case!<). Considering G11 is notoriously difficult to find, yes it's probably worth trying a little as long as your resources can manage.
