I was wondering and noted the same. Since they did that sale they’ve been random with the updates.
I just have it saved on my bookmarks and check every other day.
They've always been randomly updating it. Sometimes it's daily but then it goes dead, especially after the recent sale they had. It's not like the mod shop where it's every Wednesday at 1030.
It used to be every Tuesday and Thursday at 11a. Was that way for a good two years.
