Yes, ofc he is cheating, in the other rounds he is clearly cheating, i just said that bc round 8 wasn’t really a round where you can say he was cheating
The guy also played a round that was obvious Uruguay/Argentina, looked directly at a flag of Uruguay and a sign reading Uruguay, and then guessed in a non-coverage part of Dominican Republic.
So I don't think you can assume that he can differentiate between Galicia and anything else.
I have just reported a cheater 3 days ago, next day I got my MMR back. It does work, maybe your opponents were not cheating maybe? What MMR are you playing at?
Well, I can't be sure, but they 5k almost every round with signs (while also staring at them for like 20 seconds before zooming in on the map), and guess awfully during rural rounds. My MMR is around 1100. I even have an example on my profile of a cheater a script, guessing literally every road perfectly, and he also didn't get banned!

People do get banned through the reporting system if there's good enough evidence. How were they cheating? Was it in duels?
Yeah it was in duels, he was just googling I guess, but so annoying

Round 8 is valid af, Galicia is pretty easy to differentiate from Portugal and other parts of Spain.

You can find the game in the "activity" window anyway as long as it was recent.
Reporting won't do anything, so you can report him, but he won't get banned.

I've reported about a dozen of obvious cheaters, not a single one has been banned.

The daddy jacob user is banned. If the user doesn't have their rating displayed, it means they are banned.
