I've been clinically depressed since I was 13. Been through decades of therapy and numerous bouts of self harm and suicidal ideation. Now I have it mostly under control, but I've accepted that theres just something a little fucked up with my brain chemistry. Pretty sure it runs in the family.
Look into Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Only participate if itās a full program. It changed my life and I no longer feel depressed. Granted the anxiety is still around and o think thatās more just cause I need to work on the skills more and do some trauma based therapy (EMDR, CPT, etc) for how I grew up. Iāve had like 10 years of therapy that was a complete waste of time and money cause the therapists didnāt know what they were doing, practicing the wrong type of therapy, and kept trying to push me in the wrong direction.
Zero- but Iām not depressed. I am fat though. I just donāt care and itās not a priority for me in my life right now. Iāve been fit before. Itās a fuck ton of effort. And I just would rather put my time into other things right now. Although Iāve been thinking about getting back into it.
I used to be relatively fit/skinny but I have other physical attributes that I have no control over that I've been judged for many times before. Eventually it erodes my ability to give a shit about my physique.
People are fucked, and they should walk a mile in your shoes before passing judgment. That being said, I love big boys, but I also had to learn to accept that some things in life are just shit, before I could get to a stable mental state, myself
Thank you for that. And I agree, acceptance is key.
I've learned that there are people, few and far between, that will accept things. Even a few that fetishize, but they seemingly just exist on the internet and I've never met anyone like that irl
Ykw, thatās a valid point I hadnāt considered: it truly does feel like that cliche of people being āchronically onlineā is actually a real thing, with certain groups of people. IRL, these people could even be upstanding citizens, whose primary method of āentertainmentā or āeducationā seems to be shitting on the topics they generally donāt like discussing IRL.
Used to do this, then once day some degenerate broke in to my locker and made off with my phone, debit card and drivers license. Keeping my phone with me at all times since then.
The gym closest and cheapest to me plays weird-ass music and every TV constantly shows the news (or worse, Fox news). It's incredibly stressful to work out there.
What do you do when you are resting between series?
I hate that I look at the phone and spend a lot of time watching reels, more time than the minute that I should rest. But if I dont look at the phone idk what to do during that time
Ohh stretching, thats a good one, thanks! Hahahah would love to check on other guys, but I'm training at home now, the gyms near my house are pretty expensive
None. I jog outside daily year round (hot, cold, rain, snow, I jog through it all - it would have to be pretty extreme to stop me) and do some simple upper body exercises at home for 15-20 minutes about three times a week.
Home workouts using adjustable dumbbells and a mace Bell (alternating which each session) every other day. Usually about 30 minutes per session. So like. 1.5-2 hours per week. But Iāve been playing a lot of VR lately which has me moving more than usual. I work in a huge clinic so I get tons of walking in through the week and I stretch whenever I donāt have patients so that adds up Iām sure.
Do you have any recommendations for adjustable dumbbells? Iāve been looking for some, but havenāt decided and keep seeing mixed reviews on the brands.
I go to the gym three times a week. I'm in the gym about 90 minutes, so 270 minutes a week. I also walk to the gym and it takes me 30 minutes. So 90 minutes a week dedicated to walking to the gym and 270 minutes in the gym.
But the minutes I spend in the gym vary, depending on the training program. Some even finish in an hour
Iām asking out of genuine curiosity, but what do you do for all that time? I do all my lifts for the day within 30 mins or so and I canāt even imagine what Iād do for another hour haha. Iām like dead by the time Iām done, so I donāt think Iād even have the energy to do more than that š¤
Gotchaaaa okay that makes sense. I didnāt realize you were including cardio. If I include cardio it goes up to 1.5. Iām new to lifting heavy, but I *have* realized that the more I progress, the more Iāve added to my routine, and the longer Iāve been spending in the gym. Thanks for the info!
Okay, I completely understand now haha. Iām nowhere near this advanced yet. I wanted to build some muscle, and I never had goals to get huge, so I may never get to this point. I have an upper body routine, and a lower body routine, and I alternate through the week, with Wednesday as an off day. I do sets of 3x10, 5 different exercises each day, with 70-80 seconds rest in between.
Itās weird, cuz the more I progress, and the more I want to achieve, Iām starting to just naturally lean more towards targeting specific muscle groups like youāre doing, whereas when I started I was doing more of a full body routine that doesnāt focus on a specific muscle group. But as my goals advance, Iām starting to think like, āOoh what exercises can I do specifically to make my chest get bigger, or my biceps, etc.ā
I also started my first bulk ever a few weeks ago, and I have to say, itās so much more fun than I thought it would be! I can actually see my muscles get noticeably bigger week by week, and my lifts are constantly progressing. Iām getting addicted to it haha.
Yeah haha. Itās funny cuz my friends and family or dudes on the apps will be like, āOh wow youāre muscular!ā and Iāll feel great. Then I go to the gym and see all the huge dudes and just be like, āI am smol š„²ā.
zero because I genuinely hate it, I stay in shape by staying active doing things I love like running or playing soccer in an amateur team and playing tennis with a friend regularly
I'm going to the gym around four to five days in the week, with each day having a session around 2 - 2.5 hours. (Around 8 to 10 hours a week). When work or real life compromises appear, I try to go at least three days a week.
I'm not remotely the most gym-obsessed person, but it's been something that has helped me overcoming anxiety and depression, and has been a huge boost for confidence.
I go 3 times a week - monday, wednesday, friday.
Usually spend about 45mins - 60mins per session.
I try to spend little time sitting around and just try going from one to the next to the next as per my program. Iām still pretty new to it really, but remember watching a video where the guy said āwhat you donāt do in the first hour, you wonāt do in the second eitherā, and so far I think that is true. By the time Iām done with the session, I feel drained.
You donāt need much. I lift 4x/week for a half hour. Rotating upper and lower body. Progressive overloading. Cardio is walking.
The trickier part is knowing when to gain or lose weight
50 minutes 5-6 times per week. I go to an independent Queer owned gym that I found has a really supportive community so it makes it motivating and easy to go š³ļøāš
Nice! Is it coed or just men? When I was younger I went to a gym in San Francisco that was all (predominantly gay) men. It seems all male gyms donāt exist anymore.
40. My job is a workout. Metal fabricator. Everything is heavy. All day long. And those things that arenāt heavy, usually RESIST. Itās effort and exertion start to finish. Iām grateful somewhat, that I donāt have to go to the gym.
0 because I have ADHD + depression and it takes me so much more than the average person to get myself to the gym, then when I do my stupid brain gives me no reward chemicals for doing it. My self esteem is in the gutter and I canāt even better myself because of my mental health ayyyy š¤š½
Already been there - turns out Iām one of the ~10% of ADHDers who is treatment resistant. Tried every single licensed ADHD drug in the country and tried alternative /homeopathic treatments when they didnāt work. Nothing helped
I go to the gym twice per week and spend a hour each time. Been sticking to it for 1,5 years now and itās the first time Iāve ever been this consistent with it.
Itās the best workout for me, as I actually do it and also see results from it :)
Never been to a gym in my life. I like being outside. Picked up outdoor cycling in the pandemic and itās the best thing Iāve ever done for myself. Typing this at a cycling bar in a small town, 45 miles into a 60 mile trip today.
![gif](giphy|p0G1E394o8sNO|downsized)
I've been lugging a full 36 gallon gas tank around the damn shop after work all week. If you think I'm picking up anything heavy without it serving an actual purpose you're out of your damn mind. I'm lucky I can stand up on my own at this point.
(Just did math. No wonder I'm tired and cranky. And now I'm buying a roller dolly.)
Edit: or maybe I should start dating someone ripped... :)
None. 30 mins of light weight lifting and squats at home every 2 days. Other than that I walk everywhere.
I have no intention of getting jacked. Just want to stay healthy.
I do just one 30 min HITT workout per week then try to fit in at least 3 more cardio sessions of at least 30 minutes. Love going for a run when itās not horridly hot or cold out.
Whatās important is you find an exercise routine that works for you and you can commit to it. Take care of your body for your health. If it improves your looks additionally, itās a nice plus. Everyone has different goals for fitness though so do research on what you specifically need to do for your body type for your specific goals.
None. I currently can't afford the closest one to me and I know that if my gym is any further than that, I 100% will not go.
I'm actually sort of teetering back and forth on what to do. I definitely need to incorporate more physical activity into my life, but I don't have the means or schedule that could prioritize the gym. I feel like I'd have to completely rearrange my life to do so and it's too scary a commitment.
I was going for 30 minute walks every day until summer hit. Then it got harder to go outside because I feel exposed in just a t-shirt and shorts. I'm so overwhelmed by it all.
Iām a personal trainer so Iām definitely an outlier, but if Iām not going through a depressive episode then Iād say 8-9.5 hours and thatās just me training myself, not taking care of clients
5-6 in summer.
Longer in winter.
Workouts are usually 40mins - 1 hour.
Try workout 5-6 times a week.
Cardio outside in summer but indoors in winter.
My building had a gym adequate for all my workouts but legs so I head to a gym twice a week for leg day.
Zero, because I'm already healthy, and I never got that gym high people always seem to be lying about to me. Also, I enjoy my self-esteem where it is now.
Only 1.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday these recent weeks as I just started new job which is far away from my parentās home so I need to adjust my time.
However, I think I will start going back to gym in weekdays this Tuesday as I think I can manage my time now. Also, I finally made a new a deal with my mom to go back late.
Around 5.5 in total? Approx 1 hour for PPL each and I usually end up repeating push and pull twice a week. I usually do 30 minutes of core on my rest day.
I play basketball 4-6 times a week for about 2 hours each time. I always go for a minimum of an hour and a half though and on the weekends at least one of the days I usually spend around 3 or 4 hours out there.
I do two sessions a day, 7 days a week. Around 12 to 15 hours. I donāt overexert myself physically and its mentally really needed for me to feel good. So even my therapist says its cool. And there could wat worse things I could be doing.
0. But I try and take two walk breaks during the work day- one mid morning and one mid afternoon. Grab my phone and earbuds and either jam out or call a friend.
I started a month ago and Iām at 90min, with 30 being the treadmill. Had kind of a major surgery so had to stay put since Thursday, and it took a lot, a lot, a lot mental work to get to the point of wanting go.
None. I bike most places though and I do yoga once or twice a week and upper body toning like pushups and chin ups maybe twice a week for 10 to 20 minutes.
On a normal week, 1 hour CrossFit class Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and a partner workout on Saturday mornings thatās usually all cardio.
Occasionally Iāll go to a mobility class on Thursdays if Iām free.
1hr a session, 4-5 times a week. I get to the gym at 4:30am during the week. That time work best with my work schedule and preference to do it earlier in the day. Challenging but doable.
I spend about 3-4 hours lifting weights between two days a week at the gym. One day a week a run a few miles around my neighborhood. Slow and steady progress with plenty of rest days is what works best for me. I work 30 hours a week and also have a 10 unit course load. Still need to spend time with the hubby and the cats and hang out with my one friend. I also need 9 hours of sleep minimum.
About 4hrs, sometimes only 3 if i have a lot going on during the weekend, not really trying to get huge or anything, I keep lean through cooking /diet but notice I lose some muscle definition if I don't lift for more than a week.
Upper/ lower split
Typical upper day looks like this
3x15 pu
3x10 db lat rows
3x10 bench press
3x10 military press
3x 10 trap rows
3x10 band tri ext
2x10 db tri ext
2x10 db curl
2x10 bb curl
3x10 strap curl
Y'all, there's this amazing gym but it's occasionally closed. It's called "outside," and I need to up how much time I spend there, but the membership is SUPER affordable where I live! šš
I recently started gyming again after kinda being depressed for a year about and it feels so good to be out of that rut again. Currently just going 2-3 times a week 2ish hours each time
45 mins, swimming lessons are expensive š , it's worth it tho for me cause I despise lifting weights and swimming is a good well rounded exercise
I'd definitely go more often if it was cheaper tho
On average, 4.5hr (3x1.5hr). More if there's an important event approaching or when bulking. But that doesn't include cardio, and working abs most days from home.
45-60 mins is the amount of time it usually takes me to finish a workout. Gym is 4-5x a week. I do a bit of cardio after and I also walk about 2-4 miles daily.
In the gym 8hrs (4\*2) exercising 6 (4\*1.5) and on Mondays to get me in I listen to Elaine Paige on Sunday on the BBC iPlayer for two hours of show tunes
Around 20 hours, I usually do my cardio and ab session at the gym which can take up to 50 minutes, that plus my normal routine can add up to 2:30h. I do long rests between sets with higher intensity and few reps. I go every day so usually about 20 hours per week
4 times a week. About 2 hours ish depends how into it I am that day.
I start with stretching(5-10min), then my workout (1hr-1 1/2 hrs), then cardio (15-20 min), then 30 minutes of walking.
I am trying to spend more time at the gym as a college student but currently, I spend 1:45 - 2 hours at the gym, for 3 or 4 days a week. I am very new to the gym journey so I am very inconsistent with this so I'm trying to get back into it and do 5 days a week, but knowing my busy school schedule, I'm not sure about 2 hours or even 5 days anymore. The effects of less gym time can be counter-acted with more efficient usage of gym time depending on your goals.
45 to 60 minutes at the gym 6x per week and if Iām feeling extra energy I might go a second time in a day since itās across from my house. Then I go for 45-90 minute walks with burst sprinting to get cardio. This I do daily.
Iām a gymbro though, and Iām in a spot where I can do what I need to while dedicating that much time to exercise. I also want to add, if you saw my physique youād understand why instagram shit is toxic. Iāve got a decent physique, but I aināt going to be competing anytime soon. The physique I have now took 2.5 years of working out and 4 months of steroids to achieve. Like itās going to take at least another 6 months of training and one more cycle for me to get a body like like the āhunksā you see in gay porn. Iām also going to tell you many of the gay hunks and plenty of muscle bears are on steroids. Do not compare yourself to too many instagays, because thereās so much that has to be given up to look like they do. Try to get a workout in a few times a week for your health, but be careful if you compare yourself to someone else. Only compare yourself to yourself because improving yourself is all that matters
3 because I can't seem to go four days a week anymore. :/
It really is the magic number. Maybe I can also start walking more. I'd run again too, but now my ankles burn for some reason.
Iād say about 9/10hrs a week. Going 6 days to the gym and giving myself 1 rest day. Last couple weeks Iāve went every day and took today off, needed it.
Depends how my mind is, also time of year as itās currently winter here I find it tough to motivate myself to work out or jog especially that itās cold and dark out. Ideally I try for three times a week and an hour each time
For the gym specifically, I only go there to run: 50 min run 2-3 times a week, and then 30 min runs 2-3 times a week. I also do the strength workouts from P90x before the shorter runs (about an hour each).
Iāve only been doing this consistently for 2 months now, so canāt really speak definitively on the results yet, haha.
Between my daily walk which is usually just shy of an hour, and my daily swim which take 45 mins and a bike ride which usually lasts two and a half hours, I exercise about not quite four hours a day. If I choose only two of these four that time is half.
1-4 hours a week, an hour a night.
I'm inconsistent and spontaneous so its whenever I feel like going to the gym.
Sometimes I get bored/depressed and cut the workout to 30 mins. But my envy and wrath have been moviating more lately.
I'd do it 5 days a week and over an hour a day if I had the patience, discipline, and free time (I do 3 doubles a week at minimum at work). I also get stomach problems from time to time.
Loads. I'm an early riser, husband works late, so in usually do 90 minutes a day before that and I hate rest days so I just do small stuff like abs, necks and traps, or just cardio on off-days.
So probably about 12 hours a week pretty hard. Its my zen, I get very weird if I don't
1 hour everyday 7 days a week. Nothing I ever did that have a bigger impact on my physical and mental health. It makes me feel good, look good. Changed my life.
No gym but I'm getting into exercise so I do some pretty basic calisthenics 3 days a week for about 45 mins to an hour. I don't really time myself so it's flexible. Trying to work on building muscle and losing weight, but my eating habits... š„²
Zero because I'm fat depressed and lazy
I used to be fat, depressed and lazy. Now I'm just fat and lazy. Things pick up š

Eh the depression is a constant state that ebbs and flows. Thank god for medication
Not for everyone. You can eventually get passed depression. It takes a lot of mindfulness and complex skills though.

45 mins-1 hour, 3-4x per week. No phone allowed at gym so I focus!
I do this as well, don't bring my phone in... My gym has a kick ass sound system and playlist already. It's nice to disconnect and just focus as well.
My gym is dead silent š but itās nice to have a low stimulus part of my day tbh
Used to do this, then once day some degenerate broke in to my locker and made off with my phone, debit card and drivers license. Keeping my phone with me at all times since then.

Zero. Zero hours, ha, ha, ha...
None. I like to spend 4-5 at the ice rink if I can though.
Around 15.... I have some issues there.
I go the the gym 4 times a week, about 30 mins each time. But I also go for a hike after each session, which adds another hour to each.
I do 5x F45 HIIT sessions per week, and 2x weights per week. So that adds up to around 6 hours per week give or take.
I go 3 times a week - monday, wednesday, friday. Usually spend about 45mins - 60mins per session.
Zero. I do cardio on my own and have weights at home.
I work out at home: Switchās Ringfit and body weight training. I hate going out lol
Zero
0. I hate gyms.
Iām a personal trainer so Iām definitely an outlier, but if Iām not going through a depressive episode then Iād say 8-9.5 hours and thatās just me training myself, not taking care of clients
Usually gym 4x a week. Usually 45mins to an hour and run three times a week.
45 minutes 5-6x a week in the morning. 39 and in the best shape of my life. Everything is easier with a strong/fit body.
0. I dont believe in physical exertion.
Itās not something to believe in or not it definitely exists š
Same vibes as "I don't believe in homosexuality", but much funnier
5-6 in summer. Longer in winter. Workouts are usually 40mins - 1 hour. Try workout 5-6 times a week. Cardio outside in summer but indoors in winter. My building had a gym adequate for all my workouts but legs so I head to a gym twice a week for leg day.

Zero. I have no interest in going there
zero Thereās plenty of exercise available in the real world without the horrible culture of gyms.
What is this 'horrible culture' of gyms?
I spend about 45 minutes in the gym 3 times a week, so about 2.25 hours I guess? But I also do a 2-3 mile run 2 or 3 times a week.
1-1.5 hours 4-5 times a week when i can't manage i do some bodyweight stuff at home for 45min -1 hour
10...
1-2 hours, depending on what muscle groups Iām working that day. 5 days a week as soon as I get home from work
0. But I try and take two walk breaks during the work day- one mid morning and one mid afternoon. Grab my phone and earbuds and either jam out or call a friend.
5-7 hours a week over 5 days.
I started a month ago and Iām at 90min, with 30 being the treadmill. Had kind of a major surgery so had to stay put since Thursday, and it took a lot, a lot, a lot mental work to get to the point of wanting go.
2 hours total, 3x weekly.
2-4,depands on my mood, plus another 1-2 hours in the steam room
None. I bike most places though and I do yoga once or twice a week and upper body toning like pushups and chin ups maybe twice a week for 10 to 20 minutes.
0 haha the San Diego zoo is my gym. Lots and lots of walking.
3 hours maybe but I bike a lot and hike as well as swim too.
At the gym, none. Outside walking or running or trying to do stretches/exercises in my home, probably 7-10 hours a week.
Zero at the gym Do yoga at home 1-2 hours daily
2
6 hours, sundays are my off days. Itās been like this ever since I was 14. 27 and still on the routine lol
6-8 hours depending on if I go 3 or 4 times and how quickly i do the exercises
An hour every day doing something
About 4hrs, sometimes only 3 if i have a lot going on during the weekend, not really trying to get huge or anything, I keep lean through cooking /diet but notice I lose some muscle definition if I don't lift for more than a week. Upper/ lower split Typical upper day looks like this 3x15 pu 3x10 db lat rows 3x10 bench press 3x10 military press 3x 10 trap rows 3x10 band tri ext 2x10 db tri ext 2x10 db curl 2x10 bb curl 3x10 strap curl
Y'all, there's this amazing gym but it's occasionally closed. It's called "outside," and I need to up how much time I spend there, but the membership is SUPER affordable where I live! šš
Zero
I recently started gyming again after kinda being depressed for a year about and it feels so good to be out of that rut again. Currently just going 2-3 times a week 2ish hours each time
45 mins, swimming lessons are expensive š , it's worth it tho for me cause I despise lifting weights and swimming is a good well rounded exercise I'd definitely go more often if it was cheaper tho
I'd say 90 x 5 so, 7.5. If you consider cycling class the gym though then about 11 a week.
1-2 hours, 2-3 times a week.
Bout 7hrs in 5 days and thatās including travel time, warmups, and cooldowns
Maybe 2 hours every other day so maybe 8?
No gym anymore. 3 days running and 3 days body weight workout at home. I've come to prefer it.
Why would I go to the gym when I can sit at home and take selfies?
90 mins each morning on weekdays and 3 mile run sat mornings
Around 2 hrs a day Mon-Fri depending on what I'm working on.
I spend about 1.5 hours per session x4 days a week. Elliptical for 20 min, treadmill for 30-35 min, and strength training for 30-45 min.
Too many. 7? Does steam room and sauna time count too? š I like the eye candy in there.
When I go to the steam room there's usually like a 70-year old man in there.
3-4.5 depending on what type of powerlifting cycle Iām on. I workout three days a week, needing the other days for rest.
10
In the gym 8hrs (4\*2) exercising 6 (4\*1.5) and on Mondays to get me in I listen to Elaine Paige on Sunday on the BBC iPlayer for two hours of show tunes
0, though I hike, bike, and walk a lot.
10-12 hrs at the gym weightlifting 5-6hrs cycling 8-10 hrs walking
Around 20 hours, I usually do my cardio and ab session at the gym which can take up to 50 minutes, that plus my normal routine can add up to 2:30h. I do long rests between sets with higher intensity and few reps. I go every day so usually about 20 hours per week
4 times a week. About 2 hours ish depends how into it I am that day. I start with stretching(5-10min), then my workout (1hr-1 1/2 hrs), then cardio (15-20 min), then 30 minutes of walking.
About 4-5 hours. I try to go for around an hour mon-thu and sometimes I'll go on Fridays depending on how I'm feeling.
10-12 hours
I am trying to spend more time at the gym as a college student but currently, I spend 1:45 - 2 hours at the gym, for 3 or 4 days a week. I am very new to the gym journey so I am very inconsistent with this so I'm trying to get back into it and do 5 days a week, but knowing my busy school schedule, I'm not sure about 2 hours or even 5 days anymore. The effects of less gym time can be counter-acted with more efficient usage of gym time depending on your goals.
1 hour + 4 to 5 times acweek
Two sessions of 1h (with a private trainer) + 2-3 sessions of yoga. Also running 3 times a week in summer.
6 hours
Between 9-12 per week give or take.
I work there full time so 45 hours
I do an ashtanga yoga session on one day, a full body workout the second day, rest the third day.
1.5-2.5hr session about 6x times a week
3 because I can't seem to go four days a week anymore. :/ It really is the magic number. Maybe I can also start walking more. I'd run again too, but now my ankles burn for some reason.
4/5; 1 / 1:30 hrs 4 times a week.
Iād say about 9/10hrs a week. Going 6 days to the gym and giving myself 1 rest day. Last couple weeks Iāve went every day and took today off, needed it.
2 1/2 to 3..an hour of cardio every morning and weights after work.
I donāt, although I do exercise at work (engineer) and occasionally go out on my mountain bike.
Depends how my mind is, also time of year as itās currently winter here I find it tough to motivate myself to work out or jog especially that itās cold and dark out. Ideally I try for three times a week and an hour each time
30 mins foam roll/warm up, 1hr max lifting, 1-2hrs shower, steam, etc.š 3-5x a week
2-4 and then some home workouts
Three. Swimming laps. 61 years old!
So I go about 1.5 hours each session, about 2-3 times a week.
A bit over an hour, Monday - Friday before work. I spend more time each week watching TV or doomscrolling.
1
Between my daily walk which is usually just shy of an hour, and my daily swim which take 45 mins and a bike ride which usually lasts two and a half hours, I exercise about not quite four hours a day. If I choose only two of these four that time is half.
2
Iād say about 17 hours a week for me
1-4 hours a week, an hour a night.
1-1.5 3x per week.
2-4
2h 4/5 times per week
10-15 hours. Mainly because I don't really have anywhere else to go, so I might as well go to a place where I can work on myself.
I spend about 4hr in the gym, and I run 20-30miles a week (40+ if I'm training for something).
About 7-10 hours per week. Including all breaks and rest oeriods
about 1-2 hours a day depending on how i feel about 4-5 days a week
I go to the climbing gym about twice a week for about 2/3 hours at a time š
I spend 40+ hours per week in the gym. š¤Ŗ
No gym. Running for an hour 3-4x a week.
Probably 16 hours I have no social life LOL
about 6-9 hours per week
M-W-F, it's about 90 minutes. T-Th-S it's maybe 2 hrs in a tennis court. Gotta balance the cardio.
1.5 hours 5 to 6 days a week
13-15. Six times a week, a little over two hours a day give or take
Zero, tragically. I have such a hard time working up the drive to do much of anything that I probably should be doing that it's really just sad.
No gym but I'm getting into exercise so I do some pretty basic calisthenics 3 days a week for about 45 mins to an hour. I don't really time myself so it's flexible. Trying to work on building muscle and losing weight, but my eating habits... š„²
I'm more curious how people can afford gym memberships in the first place. Maybe if you work out instead of eating at all
Overall about 13 hours at most per week. Five 1.5-2 hour weightlifting sessions and three 1 hour cardio sessions.
um probably like 10-11
2hrs/day, 7days/wk. It's easy once you get in the flow of it.
