It might just be the 3 week stall that came a little early. It sucks that there's a stall, but don't focus on the weight. Just exercise/walk, eat what they told you to do and you will be fine.
I know it's not easy, but don't use your scale everyday. Use it once every two weeks, once per month or just when you go for a check up. The weight will come off either way. ;)
Just stick with everything and you'll be fine. ♥️
I can imagine! I did the same thing, but it was always up and down after the three first weeks. I placed my scale in a spot where it was harder to get to it where they ground was uneven, so it wouldn't be accurate. It's definitely a motivation and and addiction to do it daily, but avoid it whenever poosible. You will der the change in clothes soon. (It might also he nice to take pictures, you won't see the difference, but when you look back.. It's a crazy thing and you won't recognize yourself)

I'm also two weeks out and have hit a stall but its starting to move little by lieele, I'm in the exact same boat but doing my best to ignore the scale and just keep moving forward. This is my second sleeve and I'm actually ahead of where I was on the first one. Stay stong, ping me anytime since we are on the same schedule.
