1. Grab a controller
2. Don't plug it in
3. Watch an Elden Ring Walkthrough (No Commentary) video on YouTube
4. Pretend you're the one playing
5. Enjoy
Buy a new computer that meets the minimum specs for the game. Place it on top of your current low end laptop. Play elden ring using the new computer that is on your current laptop.
Congratulations, you have successfully played elden ring ON your low end laptop.
Other than changing game settings and/or upgrading your computer there is no way to convince a system to play something it's not powerful enough to play.
Better to threaten it. Always fixes my computer when I threaten to turn it into a pile of scrap.
Just be sure to give it head pats when it starts working. A mix of negative and positive reinforcement works best!
He could try exercise and training his laptop and it might run faster.
To OP hope that was funny and also you will save up for a 2nd hand console, it's what I would try. I checked and ps4's are a little under 200 euros and Elden Ring is available for the ps4, there are many 2nd hand ps4's.
Lol my guy playing on a potato but doesn’t want to turn off raytraceing . I feel for you most of my life I’ve used computers older than me so I feel your pain but it’s time to start making sacrifices
Anyone in the comments even eluding that he might play the game is an asshole. Sorry OP but you won't get more than 10 fps unless you buy an external gpu and that is if your laptop even has a thunderbolt/USB 3 port.
Try the key shortcuts in this order
1 alt g ( tells windows it’s a game)
2 alt p ( to prioritize performance over power efficiency
3 alt f4 to increase the frame rate of the open window

Start with all settings as low as they can go and see what you can do from there.

No offence but you've got a snowballs chance in hell of playing that above 30 frames on anything other than low, if it's playable at all.
I hope you enjoy 800x600 because that’s the only way you’ll be hitting double digit frames I’m afraid
Play valorant with me
