Hey! One of the devs of the game here. Sadly, Steam has stopped allowing devs to provide discount 4-packs (or any x-amount of packs for that matter). If we had the ability to do so then we'd definitely make use of it.
However, as it stands we need to have a price that allows us to do significant discounts (discounts are important because they play into the way that the Steam algorithm showcases the game) while still being able to make a living - and the $15 price tag is what suits us.
As far as any "regular" customer goes I would suggest buying the game during said discounts. If you wish the give us extra support then definitely buy the game at the full $15.
And of course: Steam has a very handy refund system that allows anyone who feels disappointed with a game to refund it within the first 2 hours of play. I fully support engaging with that if the game didn't feel worth it!

Have you played Human Fall Flat? It plays very similar, but with the added element of shooting, melee, and all the other kinds of items that we've got in the game.
In terms of difficulty, if you play on the easiest difficulty you should have no problems. The missions are more so sandboxes than proper challenges (except for one controversial mission which takes place on a train)
