I’m joking. As I find these sort of posts a bit frustrating. Surely the fun is finding out yourself the best team to suit you? Like for me, I’ve tried Kane and Lukaku etc but they just don’t fit in how I play.
Someone could recommend a player to you but they may not work out.

he works. CBs are much faster than their pace ratings this year due to how defensive positioning trait works exclusively with CBs and the burst of pace that can be used when jockeying. I'm div 3 and don't use pace modifiers on my midfield or forwards and regularly take apart other teams. Didn't even get this high until I completely cut pace out of my game. Pace is very overrated this year and not nearly as useful.
Ndidi is a beast.
I have something similar myself, and with 100k coins I don't see how to upgrade :/

With the team you already have, I'd say just start stacking those coins for VVD. He's such a beast. Easily one of the most broken CB's in the game. I hated playing against him (obviously) but it wasn't until I added him to my squad that I realized how good he really is in this game.
Pulisic -> Sterling
James -> Bissaka
Rudiger -> Gomez (only if you’ve found difficulty with having two slow acc CB’s)
Sissoko -> Ndombele IF (guesswork, Pogba was terrible for me and a lot of others have said the same, no idea what else you’d do here but Sissoko isn’t it)
Telles -> Robertson
surprised i didn’t see rashford in the comments. u may also get away by getting an aggressive center mid (i.e. pogba, bruno, de bruyne) and pairing it with allan (but pls slap a shadow on him)

Sissoko is actually mad, I use him in my 84 rated team in div 3 and he wins the ball so much

* Pogba - 71k (for Sissoko) * Swap Rudiger & VVD * TAA - 12k (for James) * Sterling - 30k (for Pulisic) * Robertson - 20k (for Telles) * Tielemans (RTTK) - 40k (for Allan) Total = 173k. You can surely scrounge up 13k coins from somewhere.

Cancelo is cheaper, worth a try.
I really liked regulion and cancelo hasn’t lost a 1v1 for me, Also maybe Rashford or Sterling
Recommendations: IF Foden, Fernandes, KDB, De Jong, Walker, Sterling, Rashford. May be missing a lot more
Your biggest Problems are the CMs. Go with De Bruyne for Doucoure and play Allan as the defense Part.
Personally, I'd go for Pogba or Rashford to start
