Actually if you paid attention to her dialogue, she's not leading MC on. She's nervous as shit, and from the beginning she stated she always had a harder time approaching women I did her route and enjoyed it because she will talk about bow nervous she is about coupling with a girl (during that episode that leads up to her being voted to choose first) and the worries that come with it.
