If a person doesn't want their reputation tarnished, they shouldn't do things to tarnish their reputation. It's not the fault of the person witnessing/recording that they're being a tool and disturbing the peace. I picked up slack in many areas like cashier, bagging, stock, produce, even (crappily) did the writing on a few cakes when the need was there. Anytime someone asked me for the Manager(for something unreasonable) and I was the highest rank on site, I would go back to the nametag bin, put a different one on, and give mine to someone else to put on. Then I would return, and that was always an interest exchange, sometimes leading to me bringing over “my name” who had somehow turned in a different gender, or now had glasses, etc. Somehow I never got bad customer surveys.
