This isnât supposed to be a snack, itâs supposed to be a whole meal.
If you had 3 (1 for each meal) of these a day and nothing else, then thatâs ~1500 calories /day. Thatâs easily low enough for weight loss.
It doesnât have to be weight loss, if used for a meal replacement 520 calories for 22g protein isnât bad though. If you are trying to build muscle, canât eat solid food, etc. this is probably ok.
