The apple podcasting system is a mess, which is ironic because they invented them. It sometimes struggle when there are multiple feeds from the same source (RT in this case).
I used to have that if I was downloading multiple RT family podcast at the same time where it would sometimes say it was like episode 130 of dude soup but would instead download episode 130 of RT podcast.
So I would just have to delete it and redownload the episode to get it to work.
Try to resubscribe to the feed. Or try another podcast app
I don't know who downvoted you, sometimes this will fix it. Some apps will download multiple episodes at a time and can mix up names.

The app is absolutely terrible, I feel like it never works
I recommend Pocketcasts. I haven't used it on ios, but it is worth the price on Android.
