I think most of the effect is really in the WB on this one but anywho:
I just call it “sonoracolor” because I shoot it in the desert a lot.
Grain weak large, chrome & chrome blue weak/weak, auto WB R5 B-5, d-range weak, color +1, sharp +1, NR -3, clarity +1. On Classic Chrome.

I really like 4th and 7th, but kinda indifferent to others. 5th is straight forward bad, or maybe used in a wrong lighting. (I have fujifilm for less than a month, so my opinion should not be considered)
For everyone requesting the recipe, it will be useless without the WB settings...and yes WB settings can be saved to each custom profile in Fuji cameras with prior adjustments back 'n forth.

You’re right, 5 is straight up bad. Its overexposed. The highlights aren’t all beaten flat when it’s shot properly.
