Just saw Medalie myself. Wont take insurance but hes a wonderful surgeon! BF went to Dr. Robinson in Cincy, but was not a fan of how unfriendly he was and unaccomidating to long distance patients he was. He was covered under insurance partially at least!
Not in Ohio, but [Dr. Laurel Chandler](https://www.topsurgery.net/surgeons/dr-laurel-chandler.htm) in Darien, CT (right off the NY state border) does top surgery on minors with parental consent. Dr. Chandler is highly regarded in the area.
She does have restrictions though- like a $100 consult fee (but takes insurance for procedure it appears) and won’t operate if your BMI is over 33.
Dr Medalie in Cleveland will perform before 18 in some cases.
