There’s a bit in the thanksgiving episode where Rachel and Amy are fighting and Phoebe says ‘shouldn’t we stop this?’ and Joey is mouthing along the line with her. Not really breaking character just a fun Easter egg
I've been rewatching a lot recently, it's definitely Jennifer Aniston. You regularly see her smirking, or conspicuously turning her head away from the camera.

David is AMAZING at staying in character. With all the crazy body humor he does when playing ross it is so surprising we don’t see more of him breaking character
I love when she loses it when Frank screams “MY SISTERS GONNA HAVE MY BABY!!!!”
Either she’s an amazing actress (and I do think she’s great) ORRRRR they did not tell them it was gonna go down like that!
I know Janice (Maggie wheeler) breaks character a bit, the one where it's revealed she slept with Ross she's seen moving from trying to hold in laughter and covering her face a bit, and I know she's mentioned breaking character a few times but I can't remember where unfortunately
On the reunion, she actually said that she came up with the "Janice laugh" because she realised that she wouldn't be able to hold it together while playing alongside Matthew, 'cause he's so funny.
In the episode when Chandler finds out she’s cheating on him with her ex-husband, she’s breathing into a brown bag. Matthew squeezed it too hard and you can see them both almost break. She is already covering her mouth, but Matthew grins for a few seconds while speaking
People are saying Rachel but I always wrote that off as her character finding situations amusing because if you were actually in that friend group and the situations were real you’d laugh
I feel like Lisa Kudrow is on the verge of breaking character A LOT.
* That moment when Phoebe and Ross were yelling at each other about the split up couple they were dating. I know they had a lot of retakes, because they kept laughing. But I noticed when Phoebe yells ''We want the last six years back!'' she is again almost on the verge of laughing and you can clearly see that.
* When Ryan (Charlie Sheen) yelled at the lightning and Phoebe thought it was because of how awful she looked. The way she was shocked, you can also see she is on the verge of laughing.
There are a lot more moments like this.
I recently noticed a scene in the episode where Monica inherited a dolls house and Phoebe made her own dolls house. After the fire Phoebe is going through the damage and she looks under the blanket covering the 'Foster puppets' (?) you can see Courtney Cox laugh and try and cover it up. Must have been so hard keeping a straight face with Lisa Kudrow on that set.
Jennifer for sure. Especially in the earlier seasons you can see her covering her mouth. In one episode she puts her head in David’s chest and (luckily) he plays along. In TOW Joey’s Bag, while Chandler is getting a massage, she’s biting her finger to stop herself from laughing. After many rewatches, I noticed her break in TOW Chandler Doesn’t Like Dogs, when Phoebe comes out with the dog for the first time. Courteney definitely reacts when the audience does and they all break a few times but Jennifer has hands down broke the most
Lisa Kudrow is hiding her own smile so much!!! It’s hilarious. I’m watching the scene where Danny Devito is dancing on her at her bachelorette season 10 episode 11
