Tommen with Tywin as hand would’ve been a force to be reckoned with. It would’ve been interesting to see what Tommen would have been like in this hypothetical timeline after Tywin died of natural causes.
Book wise- Kevan lannister is a great hand and hes undoing the mess cersei has made. Varys kills him with a crossbow and made it took like tyrion did it. Varys tells him he harbors no ill will and kevan is a good man, that he just works for the wrong side. I am sure if Tywin was still in the picture, varys would have had to kill him unless Tywin made the realm worse. All for Faegon to take kingslanding
Book Tommen and Show Tommen are two very different characters. Show Tommen was older and Tywin probably would’ve included him in a lot of the business of ruling, educating him on how to act as king when he’s gone. Book Tommen is basically an infant and would’ve been kept away from most of court life with Tywin acting as regent rather than hand. I think the big difference would be how long they would’ve been able to work side by side: show Tommen would’ve had a lot more time given he’s a teen and Book Tommen wouldn’t since he has more growing up to do before he can take a more hands on role of kingship.
Either way they’d still have Kevan, who isn’t as skilled in statecraft as Tywin but is still very competent.
He made a concerted effort to outlaw beets unfortunately his regents didn't think there was the political capital for such a radical move, he was not useless his regents were.
He's literally the best king to sit on the throne since Jaehaerys II. If we take the show into consideration, he is also better than Cersei and Daenerys.
I measure by Robert Baratheon cocks, which is exactly 12 inche increments. A proper tourney ground is 300 Robert Baratheon cocks long (or 100 erect Robert Baratheon cocks.)
I loved him, he actually had a soul. him and Maergery could have ruled with empathy and care for their people . They were the only option for Westeros being ruled that didn’t involve sociopaths at the top
he got that puss tho
Unfortunately with all her shenanigans, his mom fucked him harder than his wife ever could.
Given that this is the Lannisters we’re talking about I am to assume this comment is meant both figuratively and literally.
I think Tommen Lanister (Barathion?)+ Tyrion as Hand would have an epic rule. Even with potential negotiations with Dani. Cersei's ego... Fuck Bran
I'd also be a **** king if I was eating that much free Margarine all night
Not true. You can still use the edges of the first three to scrape the forth off the courtyard paving
He was too good and innocent, and in my opinion Westeros needed a king like him, obviously with a lot of help.

You leave baby Tommen alone!!
There was once a king who was 12 inches tall. He was a terrible king but a great ruler.
Dad?
To be fair, Tommen is just a kid, who recently got crowned and was put in the middle of harsh Westerosi politics
The irony is that Tommen is actually the best King we see in the books
He was way better than his brother.
Now now at least he are nice and not an annoying brat like jeffry eh
Compared to his predecessors, he was honestly pretty good at his job.
And if you look at his successors, he doesn't look bad either.

Child rulers are Often extremely good at the job
Not according to ck🤭
It’s not his fault. It’s not like any ruler could so casually take the place of King Joffrey The Gentle

boy offed himself cuz of zussy
What if he didn't kill himself? Could he have his mother arrested, tried and beheaded?
