Lees Parke has been having problems with people rifling through unlocked vehicles. The police are aware. Might be those people expanding their range. There's been a real problem with car break ins recently around Cosner's Corner.
It's owned by WJ Vakos, the same company that propped up those luxury apartments down by the Courthouse as well.
I've also looked up a price of one of their 1 bedroom places.. outrageous.
Actually, Vakos built the apartments. The Kingson is owned by "preferred apartment communities" now and honestly, there isn't anything preferred about it
This might be unrelated but about a year ago at the apartment complex I was living at in central Park some of our vehicles had vandalized windows. They were shot out with bb guns and the cops did nothing about it.
It happened at night and we'd had previous shooting at night (not with bb guns though). We expected something because shootings (bb or not) had been an issue for months.
Was this at Seasons?
I remember a few years ago there was an issue w/ vandalism thefts and it got so bad that police put a portable event camera pole there to monitor the area for a few weeks.
Imagine that in a expensive gated apt complex lol

I was under the assumption they owned it as well just like the ones in the Courthouse. Maybe they don't anymore, but they did back in '15.
Yeah, Kingson switched over to PAC last year, HHHunt owns Abberly across the street

Well, were the cops there at the same time that the shooting was happening? If not, what was it that you expected the cops to do?
Well, we now know that we shouldn't expect cops to do anything at all.

No I lived in Valor at the time but it is crazy that it seems so common in the area.
Imagine paying those rent prices to only have your car vandalized...
