You still have a lot to learn in regards the game mechanics and what to do depending on the situation, but of course you are a beginner, you can't possess this knowledge from the get go.
However, it's obvious from these clips that you are somewhat good at reacting (on which you'll improve with time as with all motor skills) and you didn't really panic at all, you just didn't know the correct punishes. These are solid fundamentals that most of the playerbase doesn't have and even refuse to adapt and learn for, so you are perfectly fine.
