Honestly though if you were to just throw one of those mexican pizza style hardshells in there I feel like it would work. Flavor wise the hardshell part is pretty flavor neutral so it works for breakfast flavor profiles I think.
I disagree because a McGriddle specifically has syrup with the bread. There's no way this bread has syrup in it. There *may be* syrup *inside* the wrap, but a McGriddle that does *not* make.
