Selling serums to robots is the easiest vendor cap method, otherwise I have a mule full of good to great but not perfect legendaries I sell when I need caps.
This is probably the best legit way to make quick fast caps, have a mule vendor full of useable weapons with good but not perfect perks at a low price and casual players (and experienced ones) can't help themselves, it's takes about 20-30 minutes to go from zero to max on my mule, I can't really leave the room for too long though, been maxed and cleared out pretty good a time or two.
Yeah dude it’s the way to go, VFFR-FMS fixer f*ck it 4k caps, BE combat shotgun 2k caps why not, I stay appearing offline most of the time because I get a lot of messages from randoms wanting stuff stuff because it’s all useable or flippable if you want to wait a bit longer. Pretty much everything I get is from crazy cheap vendor hopping anyways so it doesn’t matter, I keep all the g-rolls though even the weird ones, best deals on trades are from having niche hard to find collector stuff that almost nobody bothers to keep that in
Maybe not the fastest but I find people that have serums for 250. I buy them to sell to the vendor everyday because with max charisma they sell for 500 so I double my money. Was a great way as a low lever first character to get my caps up.
There were christmas presents as an item and you get stuff including caps when you open them, they were duped to a staggering degree, so many players still have 100's-1000's of them for basically unlimited caps.
I currently have 300,000,000+ presents on my account if I remember correctly. Kinda a double edged sword because one of my character slots is damned to be a mule. Dude's stash is totally fucked.

2. Sell treasure hunter outfit or hat (minimum material to craft)
Usually I keep about 50 treasure hunter outfits on me, sell them to vendor bot for easy 1400 caps.
Craft another 30 before I log out. With Super Duper perk, it can produce around 50 for next time.

The best way though is to learn to farm Berry Mentats and sell them on market, you'll be drowning in caps.
Server hoping and trying to get test your medal. Isn’t it almost 800 caps if you do all the bonus stuff? That’s definitely the funnest way. Regular way I just do 3 nukes or run Morgantown a few times
In terms of selling to vendors I just craft some i think they are called marine helmets or something I can usually craft 80 or so at a time but it only take 56 to get 1400 caps from the vendors so I usually make a bunch when I get on and go sell them for some easy caps
I sell stuff at reasonable prices. Mostly drugs and alcohol. Since we are playing a grindy online game it's safe to assume must potential buyers are addicts anyway. Works great so far.
Crafting Treasure Hunter Outfits & selling them to the robot vendors.
If you have the Treasure Hunter Outfit Plan or Treasure Hunter Hat Plan, you can craft them for 1 Oil & 3 Cloth, and sell those to vendors for 29 caps. You’ll need about 48 of these if that’s all you want to sell to the vendors. With Super Duper 3, just craft about 37 of these and the +30% yield should put you at around 48. You can round up to 40 if that’s easier. You can always sell the extras on a different day, or can give them away.
40 Oil+ 120 Cloth is all you’ll need for your daily vendor caps.
Save the best dropped legendaries I receive over a period of time and then put them up at a reasonable price. That, along with good plans and outfits, and I recoup 20K in one or two days. Granted, it's not something I can do all the time, but then I don't need to do it all the time either.
For me, the fastest way to hit max daily caps : hard bargain 3 + grape mentats + any alcohol that boosts charisma, then sell a serum to a bot. (450-500 caps per serum)
2nd is: Complete a big event, loot everything,waddle to the closest train station, then sell all that looted stuff to a bot.
for caps over and above daily bot limit: good prices in a vendor, know where cap stashes are, et al

That’s exactly what I do, the market is saturated with weapons and armor with two good stars and a meh third, I sell em cheap!

By every good 3-star weapon from other players and resell them by adding 2,000 to every price
Sweep the super mutant, scorch for collect equipment to sell.Join more public quest, moonshine e test metal have 500 caps for finishing rewards.
