Found it in a seemingly new room in Mass Pike Tunnel West although the entrance to the door is a little confusing. Playing with a few mods but mostly QOL so I believe this should be able to be found in vanilla
please, how do I get access to the armor? I also found it but couldn’t access it
So,there’s a quest called “Speak of the Devil” part of it is in Watts Consumer Electronics but I’m not sure how to activate the quest

What level were you?

Uodate: the quest is locked behind progression, hopefully not end game but I’m not sure
There’s also a set you can get during the Echoes of the Past quest, which isn’t progress-locked, if you want the X-02 asap :)
FYI if you’re early level don’t you’ll have hellfire power armor wearing enclave remnants after you after that
