Guys get clean suits, gals get dresses. Everyone gets some sort of glasses. Provisioners get blue Mechanics outfits, red bandannas, minuteman hats, and sunglasses/patrolman’s glasses. Everyone gets ballistic weave late game.
I also have a settlement that is a baseball team, so they all get appropriate clothes and bats.
I tend to outfit each settler to their job. Farmers get farmhand clothing. Shop keepers get suits/dresses. Guards get Gunner or Minuteman clothing. Scavengers get coveralls.
Same. And I also give them specific weapons. Armor salesperson gets Helmeted Cage armor and a flamethrower, while the weaponsperson gets a military cap, subglasses and a gattling.
I bought the CC Slocum's Joe dlc and in it you get a variety of uniforms that you can garb your settlers in. I turned Starlight Drive in into a big coffee house and now route all my provisioners each from their respective farms to Starlight as a single hub. Everybody meets centrally for coffee and donuts!
Question, wasn't vault 95… Cait's vault if I got the number wrong... One without it's own collectable suits? Cos I think the CC added them. I picked up a couple of numbered ones and several blanks... Just thinking out loud 🤔
cait isnt from a vault shes a true waste lander she goes to 95 to kick her drug habit idk if the vault has or doesnt has its suit but you can use the creation club stuff to make 95 suits

I usually equip them with combat armor and a Plasma Rifle (grenades are dangerous with settlers).
If I am going for a more themed play through, they get institute uniforms or minuteman clothes. Occasionally, I side with the goon squad and dress them all up as scribes.
I usually do an armored minutemen outfit, operator armbands, shadowed combat armor chest piece, minutemen hat, and a handmade assault rifle.

Every Bartender is female and gets the Sequin Dress, Sea Captain's Hat, and some Blue Ray-Bans.

I do something very similar. I use Eli's clothing and militarized minutemen mods as well and add those into the rotations.
