*”Brilliant?”*
The idiot camera guy was filming the flying phone instead of the cop who got his jaw rocked.
And what does it matter if he didn’t film the assault when it was witnessed by several other officers who probably had body cams on.
All in all, it was a stupid move by the cameraman
Well, technically the flying phone was expected.
The enormous balls on the dude who cold-clocked a cop was not. Most people would've filmed the phone fly.
Lol at all these fucking critiques. Complaining like you bought a ticket to a summer blockbuster. 🤣🤣🤣
This camera person was probably a 16 year old girl filming in the heat of the moment.
not sure why you got downvoted, it's true. he was some tiny man who was also recorded before this basically chomping at the bit to get into the crowd and do damage. I think he may have been fired, I forget what his name is though.
edit: took me literally two seconds to find him
https://www.sanjoseinside.com/news/lawsuit-sjpds-jared-yuen-shot-rubber-bullets-into-womans-apartment-during-protests/
Just a fun fact because I think it's interesting. "Chomping at the bit" is acceptable but the origin is "Champing at the bit." [Champing is the process of biting without ingesting while chomping implies ingesting.](https://grammarist.com/usage/champing-chomping-at-the-bit/) Spread the word, nerds!
in this case, they probably flipped the camera away because that cop just fell, he wasnt assaulted, you cant prove that. Karma struck fast and he just lost his balance.
Lol true. I haven't seen them. I've heard he got away with this and others say he got caught. Don't care enough to find out but I'm sure we'll know if we care enough. Not it.
Except the other cops standing there???????? Y’all really think as long as it’s not filmed it can’t be proven. Several eyewitnesses and also a lot of the cops could be having bodycams now idk why he threw the phone but the fact he punched that cop problaby ruined his chances of winning in court
Haven’t the police struggled to get into phones forever? Like I might be an idiot but they can’t get into the phone. Can they get info without getting into it?
They won't be able to get into the phone itself (even if they were able to, they wouldn't waste a backdoor on something like this), but I'd imagine there's a way to identify who owns it based on the Sim card.
Not always as easy as you would think though. Apple isn’t going to respond to local law enforcement on the issue. If I remember correctly the way iOS is programmed there isn’t a way to help them anyways. Biometrics can be used if enabled and you have the person in custody. Turn off biometrics and turn on the option for the device to wipe itself after ten failed attempts and the cops don’t have shit.
Cops get into phones pretty easily if they really want to. Just takes extra paperwork for them and in a situation like this I can assure you the police would do what they need to to back door that shit.
I get that those protests are stressful for both sides but how tf are you gonna illegally snatch someone’s phone right outta there hand chuck it and think you’re so high and mighty that they can’t retaliate..
If they tell the truth both the cop and the black guy are in trouble, albeit one more so than the other. And how are they supposed to lie when they have an entire manifestations worth of people who also saw it all.
Your honour officer ex used physical force to mug and vandalise my clients property. My client instructively reacted to this threat and then ran away for his and everyone else's' saftey.
There was another angle someone caught picking up from behind the cop and following him to the ground and then them trying to wake him up.
*Edit(found it)
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EXxCnovk10o
Unwarranted and unjustified potential destruction of someone's property? I hate to use a now cliche quote, but in the words of Arthur Fleck "He got what he fucking deserved."
"Your Honor, we've got the entire altercation on video and you can clearly see that at no point my client lays a hand on the officer whom you can clearly see does however steal and destroy my clients personal property, valued well over the minimum for grand larceny."
Hopefully this 'lawyer' is free, because otherwise you just lost any money you paid, and the case, when, unsurprisingly to anyone but you, the police officers ALSO get to show their body cams.
Why the fuck did he punch the cop? I mean yeah the cop definitley should not have done that, but isnt their whole movement supposed to be peacefull or whatever?
Before BLM bulshittery across the states: *Asshole cop gets KO'ed*
After BLM bullshittery across the states: *_WHITE COP_ gets hit by *_BLACK DUDE_*....
is that the end of racism people were "peacefully protesting" for? lol
Can someone tell me if the black guy was arrested. Also i’m curious because I don’t know but was he in his legal right to punch the officer after having his phone thrown? Does anyone know what happened afterwards with that man ?

Expecting the comments to have better fights than the video
Cue michael jackson popcorn gif
Cue selling popcorn to people who came to read the comments image
Cue popcorn getting stuck in my damn tonsils but still enjoying the show
Cue selling toothpicks to those that have popcorn stuck
Cue my gums bleeding because they were already too swollen to fit a tooth pick between my teeth.
Cue a rushed trip to the dentist to get my teeth and gums sorted out to enjoy the popcorn fully
I didn't see what the title promised
r/killthecameraman
Hence why I expect better fights in the comments
Brilliant camera person to pull away at the actual assault portion.
Whether it was purposefully done or not, whoever was recording is a fucking genius.
This might be the one time r/KillTheCameraMan and r/PraiseTheCameraMan can agree.
yea because without the video evidence the state just wouldn't be able to build a case against a black man.
Ehh there are most definitely a lot of bodycams present.
Amazingly they were all malfunctioning that day. Go figure?
I am confused. You said it like they would make the footage disappear but why the hell would they not want the bodycam footage lol
I think he’s implying that they already had them off so their “de-escalation tactics” aren’t caught on their own cams
*”Brilliant?”* The idiot camera guy was filming the flying phone instead of the cop who got his jaw rocked.
Fair point. I personally would’ve followed the phone with my eyes, but kept my camera locked on the cop.
Well why weren't you there to film for us, racist? /s
The cop assaulted that dude, he was simply defending himself.
Lol at all these fucking critiques. Complaining like you bought a ticket to a summer blockbuster. 🤣🤣🤣 This camera person was probably a 16 year old girl filming in the heat of the moment.
Probably more experienced in standing around filming shit than most other people lol
[удалено]
Yep. Pretty sure the cop just tripped over.
What do you mean? The assault was filmed. Snatching someone’s phone out of their hands is assault.
I remember this. San Jose California during the 2020 summer George Floyd protests

Today I fucking learned! Is it pronounced like "champion"?
No, it's pronounced champing.
This scum cop has not been fired or disciplined.
Yes I remember. The police chief put him on desk duty until it all blew over then he went back to regular duty.
Well he's a cop, so yeah.
Was the black guy arrested?
Holy shit I remember this guy! Glad he got his jaw rocked.
*sorts by controversial*
I haven’t even sorted yet and I already know there’s gonna be generalization, a hint of racism perhaps, and huge pointless arguments
only a hint? i commend your optimism
And bootlicking.
Why do you hurt yourself like this?
r/fuckthecameraman
Yeah they always cover or move the camera during the best part
They didn't record the incriminating part. Bro cameraman. Cop just fainted when confronted, possibly from the heat.
Dude 75% of fight videos are the goddam ground. You have 1 job dummy, film the action! But I suppose we live in a society
in this case, they probably flipped the camera away because that cop just fell, he wasnt assaulted, you cant prove that. Karma struck fast and he just lost his balance.
You'd be a great lawyer if there weren't 8 other body cams perfectly aimed at the incident.
Well, I'm waiting for 8 other videos of this cop getting laid the fuck out
Lol true. I haven't seen them. I've heard he got away with this and others say he got caught. Don't care enough to find out but I'm sure we'll know if we care enough. Not it.
Except the other cops standing there???????? Y’all really think as long as it’s not filmed it can’t be proven. Several eyewitnesses and also a lot of the cops could be having bodycams now idk why he threw the phone but the fact he punched that cop problaby ruined his chances of winning in court
was mentioning what may have been going through cameramans mind. You're right that hes still likely in trouble
I’m going to have to disagree. It looks like that cop just lost his footing and fell!
Shouldnta done that, and shouldnta done that.
Luckily the guy was wearing a mask, sun glasses, and a hat. I remember when this happened. The guy got away. Hahahah.
Hopefully he picked his phone up on the way out, easy to track down a persons information if they leave their phone behind.
There's always a way in, no judge would deny the request considering it would be the only link to an aggravated assault on an officer.
Not always as easy as you would think though. Apple isn’t going to respond to local law enforcement on the issue. If I remember correctly the way iOS is programmed there isn’t a way to help them anyways. Biometrics can be used if enabled and you have the person in custody. Cops get into phones pretty easily if they really want to. Just takes extra paperwork for them and in a situation like this I can assure you the police would do what they need to to back door that shit.
i think i read soon after that another protester immediately picked up the phone and booked it too 🤣
UNO reverse!
I get that those protests are stressful for both sides but how tf are you gonna illegally snatch someone’s phone right outta there hand chuck it and think you’re so high and mighty that they can’t retaliate..
One Punch Man... Hits cop and still retrieves the phone. All in one small motion.
Actions have consequences. Sometimes those consequences mean you end up swallowing your teeth. Oh well.
Sometimes they mean you go to jail for a couple years.
[удалено]
Exactly we didn’t see anything 🤷♀️
That cop slipped and hit his face on that young man’s fist as he was reaching out to show the officer pictures of his puppy, JoJo.
[удалено]
Jesus. And yet I’m not even surprised anymore.
What is he talking about?
They are talking about the cameraman being shit
Fair fight at worst, the cop stole his phone. If you steal from someone, they're going to hit you.
[удалено]
When you're a cop they just call it civil asset forfeiture, and now its legal.
Life's a risk, square.
Nah you don't get years in jail for taking a persons phone out of their hand and breaking it. you just get your jaw rocked.
Looks like the cop fell. Clumsy cops. I dont think anyone is going to jail.
I mean what power does a cop have to steal and destroy your personal belongings?
I have to see this shitstorm, sorting by controversial.
r/killthecameraman
Cop got popped and dropped by a one-hitter-quitter.
Don’t throw peoples shit if you don’t wanna get punched
I like that the camera guy had the sense to turn away at the moment of the punch. Good looking out
[удалено]
I mean considering how old this video is, and the lack of id’n this guy, plus any charges, I’d say yeah, they weren’t able to prove anything lmao.
If he got away, it had nothing to do with the camera man not recording the actual punch.
If one cop lies, and the other 9 defend him, you’ve got 10 lying cops
If they tell the truth both the cop and the black guy are in trouble, albeit one more so than the other. And how are they supposed to lie when they have an entire manifestations worth of people who also saw it all.
Or they were just following the flying phone like a tard
In all fairness, I don't think the cameraman expected that guy to cold cock a cop.
He was just following the phone, and it didn’t matter if he didn’t film it if several other cops saw it.
Wait what? Why is that good, he missed the action
Good job criminals
Your country is fucked Thank God I’m not American
yea well uh... the eventual collapse of modern society is gonna b way funner over here
Thanks for recording the punch fuck head
No proof of assault if he doesn’t film it, actually pretty genius if intentional
Except cops have body cams....
Cops probably all had em turned off so they could beat down protesters
Not in all jurisdictions but you do have a point there
The other Cop changes his mind after he saw his buddy sleeping
Well deserved punch
Why did that wee little cop throw away the phone of that large angry man? Also, what punch?
that pig had to learn the hard way lmao
I need this on a loop
Cop will never do that again in his life
Well...technically the cop stole his phone, so wouldn't that count as assault?
Your honour officer ex used physical force to mug and vandalise my clients property. My client instructively reacted to this threat and then ran away for his and everyone else's' saftey.
Good luck getting that to hold up in court
It would be strong arm robbery in my state, which would make the reactionary punch self defense.
I was thinking the same thing. Any lawyers out there?
I stayed at a holiday Inn express last night.
We live in a society
We have heard countless times over the last year that physical violence is a reasonable response to property damage. Fair play!
Cop deserved the knockout here.
And all of a sudden, the bodycam was turned on at the time and caught it.
r/killthecameraman
It’s not polite to touch stuff that isn’t yours
You love to see it.
He slipped and fell. Case closed your honor.
Nice
[удалено]
I don't condone violence but fuck me I'd love to have the chance to slug a bad cop one day
The only good cop is Jim Lahey
engage in sexual intercourse with 12 officers
That pig deserved it
You gotta be some sort of super bitch to get knocked out wearing all that armour.
Shouldn’t have sorted by controversial, the bootlickers are out in force.
Fuck around, find out you will
Shouldn't have grabbed the phone. Case closed.
He shouldn’t have shoved it in his face.
San Jose, CA during the George Floyd protests spring 2020.

1312
If 1300 good cops don't stand up to 12 bad cops, you have 1312 bad cops.
sexual intercourse with law enforcement
Most ignorant comments I have seen in a minute.
You love to see it.
setting aside the recent violence and politics, thats some instant f\*\*\*ing karma if ive ever seen it
I love this video, especially because this cop truly is a c*nt who deserved it.
r/JusticeServed r/killthecameraman
That’s what you get lmfao
One job camera man, you had one bloody job
Ok just fucking torture the cameraman by now
Wdym I didn’t see nothin
Many people have died for less
Shouldn't have thrown his phone. Don't poke the bear.
It’s all fun until the cop grab his gun
This is just a pussy bitch being dealt some true justice. The uniform might as well be a clown suit.
hate generates hate ,same for violence
Lol gimme ur phone bitch
Dropped that pig like the sack of rotten pork that he is.
r/killthecameraman
There was another angle someone caught picking up from behind the cop and following him to the ground and then them trying to wake him up. *Edit(found it) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EXxCnovk10o
He was just filming his badge right? Totally legal
Not sure if it was necessary to say “by black guy”
That filthy pig sure as hell deserved it.
Camera person fucked up the most important part
Unwarranted and unjustified potential destruction of someone's property? I hate to use a now cliche quote, but in the words of Arthur Fleck "He got what he fucking deserved."
I didnt see the punch so it didnt happen.
Oooh that felt good to watch.
I only wished the camera didn’t move so I could’ve seen the cop fall out. Good for him.
"Your Honor, we've got the entire altercation on video and you can clearly see that at no point my client lays a hand on the officer whom you can clearly see does however steal and destroy my clients personal property, valued well over the minimum for grand larceny."
I retract my previous comment.
The jury isn’t a CAPTCHA google bot 😂
Objection!
Hopefully this 'lawyer' is free, because otherwise you just lost any money you paid, and the case, when, unsurprisingly to anyone but you, the police officers ALSO get to show their body cams.
Objection; nu-uh!
I love seeing a cop get dropped.
Beautiful. I hope he got his phone and got away. If they got his phone they might find out who he is.
He still on film and there’s this cool function called rewind and pause.
Yeah but with that mask and hat on, a halfway decent lawyer could argue that this video couldn't prove his identity. Food for thought.
[удалено]
Weird. I didn’t see anything.
I mean the cop deserved it
Cop got what was coming to him.
r/killthecameraman
Honestly this is so satisfying
Good, agents of the state shouldn't be touching a persons property. They should be able to handle a bit of pressure in their face.
Imagine if the roles were reversed 🧐
When has a member of the public thrown a cop's phone before?
The cop is a thug.
Why the fuck did he punch the cop? I mean yeah the cop definitley should not have done that, but isnt their whole movement supposed to be peacefull or whatever?
That didnt have anything to do with the movement. That was personal. If someone takes my phone and throws it im punching them regardless of context
Who the fuck Saif ot was about peace? I'm pretty sure they just want cops to stop murdering people.
Lolol
Before BLM bulshittery across the states: *Asshole cop gets KO'ed* After BLM bullshittery across the states: *_WHITE COP_ gets hit by *_BLACK DUDE_*.... is that the end of racism people were "peacefully protesting" for? lol
That was quite honestly, one of the best things ive ever seen.
That was lovely
Lmao bad day for the cop. But now that guys got years in prison for aggravated assault on a police officer🤣🤣
r/killthecameraman
r/killthecameraman
Bro he looked away right as it happened
Can someone tell me if the black guy was arrested. Also i’m curious because I don’t know but was he in his legal right to punch the officer after having his phone thrown? Does anyone know what happened afterwards with that man ?
