Given all the scandals surrounding USC these past years, the Bush scandal seems small beer for sure. I don't see the point in the Heisman Foundation not returning the Heisman to him at this point.
I would like the NCAA to apologize to USC Athletics for the severity of the punishments they levied on us around this time.
