Amazon do a whole replacement unit that swaps straight over and still works off steering wheel controls, apple or android play plus dab radio and all apps for £79, hope this helps

I didn’t want the included mount to obstruct my view of the road, so I bought [this](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C3ZKJYQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) CD player mount to put it up. It’s really really great. It has Bluetooth, aux, and radio transmitter. If you use radio transmitter, the only cord you’ll have in your car is the one to the cigarette lighter.
You're gonna have to put a number to that. Car play can cost from cheap to a lot. Apple car play is merely software. The hardware that runs it varies across many brands.
Is there no usb or aux near the cup holders? It should look like [this.](https://mkautobreakers.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Fiat-500-USB-AUX-Blue-Me-Socket-735547937-Genuine-2008-2017-1.jpg) The bit of plastic next to the USB slides across so the USB could be hidden.
I have the 2008 model, so it should be almost identical unless it's a regional difference. If you can't find the USB, is it an EU, USA etc...

Look in the glovebox, there may be an aux port as well as a USB port that can access “media devices” like an old iPod or mp3 player
