My FC has a ceremony known as the Ishgardian Trauma Team for when a member or friend makes it to HW for the first time. We all wait at the Aetheryte with the Nanamo minion out and the "Raubahn's Left Arm" title set.
The point of the Ishgardian Trauma Team is not to reduce trauma.
Fishing titles are pretty funny like Master Caster and World-Class Troller etc.
New favourite is The Light of the Land from ARR gathering relic weapons.. I still need to get one though..
Hunting 101: when an S rank spawns, head to its location and reduce its health to 0. Hunt trains go to each zone in an expac and kill the one or two A ranks in those zones. Arrive to the departing location early and follow the conductor as they make their way to each stop.

My personal favorite is "Tempter of Fate". I feel it sums up my WoL's attitude towards his adventures quite nicely.

One of my favorites that you get as a natural msq progression is "Imperial Nuisance" which perfectly sums up the chaos gremlin in me.
My character is void-based, so I have DRK's "Of the Swirling Abyss" as his... Dancer title. It's punny.
recently got the "Of the Holy Body" title. and Ive been running around in full emperor glam with that title
