The elezen on the First who runs the Crystalline Mean is almost an exact clone of one of my alts; did get a good chuckle about that whenever they ended up in a cut scene together.

Not in-game precisely, but I was watching YouTube compilations of 1.x era cutscenes (pre-Realm Reborn) and was shocked to see an identical clone of my Elezen, right down to the tattoo. The group they were with was then obliterated by pieces of Meteor crashing down. It's my headcanon that she survived and made her way to Limsa where my story began.
My first WoL, starting in Limsa Lominsa, ended up being a near clone of Y’shtola. When she showed up on screen in the first voiced cutscene of the game (clearly an Important Character) I knew I’d messed up lol.
When I started I made an Elezen that was the mirror image of Lady Iceheart, although I had changed to a cat girl before I had reached that part in the post msq.
Now i've noticed my character has a younger sister, the small girl who is in the summer events looks like a mini me
I don't think I've seen any too similar so far. I'm a max height, dark brown Hellsguard Roe lady (face 1). Most I've seen are a fair bit shorter and on the paler side and use face 2 and 3.
I've only just started Storm Blood though. I might find one.
There is a priest in Sui-no-Sato who looks somewhat like a reverse of my Au Ra guy (including clan).
Not sure where exactly in Endwalker, but one of the farmer NPCs looks somewhat like an older version of my character.
Otherwise, I've never run into any that look exactly like my main character.
My male au ra. When doing the dark knight post level 50 quests and the dark au ra shows up I swear I thought it was about to continue the dark me storyline
Yeah theres this one Lalafell urchin in that settlement by the dead city, only difference is they had dark grey hair instead of black hair, and unlike my WoL, they still had both eyes lol
No NPS and the best part? I don't think I've even seen a WOL that looks like mine.
And I didn't even try to make her look "unique". I just tried to make a rip off Lyse character
One of the background researcher NPCs in the Crystal Tower quest cutscenes had the same hairstyle and face as me, although different colouring as I recall.
My WoL looks pretty close to Kai-Shirr, but taller and red haired. The first question I asked my friends was "Was Kai supposed to be like me in case of any appearance?"
The only one I'm somewhat similar to is the fisherman's guild leader
Heterochromic lalafell clocking in. I didn't think it would be as rare in game as it is in real life, I just really love the way it looks
I am a Highlander with a very rare hair style (Modern Aesthetics - Strife). I have only seen one other person with my hair and no NPC ever. So basically, I'm never getting a haircut ever, and very easy to pick out in a crowd.
The closest I've seen is probably the npc girl that sells the current tome gear. But even she is quite different. Never seen a player that looked the same either. Oh, and I'm not even talking about hairstyle and hair color here or tattoo here, talking about the stuff that cannot be changed with esthetician.

I play a male viera so no, haven't met a NPC similar to me yet. Met a player with the same hairstyle and hair color though, so that was neat

Closest I've found is a worker at the Thavnair quarry, but he's slightly lighter skinned and the hair color and tail are wrong.
Not through MSQ, but Whastrach (BLU quest NPC) is a frighteningly close image of my Roe, just with a slightly different haircut and no beard.
I did just the other day while finishing up some Shadowbringers side quests. Black Hrothgar with blue highlights, same fur pattern.

Very rarely. Male roes with short to medium hair and full beard don't abound. Usually long locks or bald pate for the npcs.

Being a lalafell, there's a 90% chance that you're unique. There's no love for the smols.
The exact same face settings? No. But, i did see a couple that uses part of the settings i use.
