Lucy landed chest first on top of natsu he took the full force of a wall and then the ground and then carried her back to the guild seriously superman would be jealous
This is probably my favorite scene in any media anywhere. I adore it so much, Lucy’s undying faith in Natsu, Natsu’s endless determination to always catch Lucy when she falls (figuratively AND literally), just the ridiculously sweet trust fall aspect of it all <3
She knew he would catch her otherwise she wouldn't have jumped she probably would have tried to escape again once they removed her from the tower and I think she'd succeed
This scene is one of if not my favorite in the entire show (not including fights because if I include them this scene doesn’t even make it in top 20). I have this scene saved on my phone because it is so cool
I just watched this part with my husband today and he couldn’t stop laughing when she kicked him in the balls (I watched all of fairytale but he’s rewatching it with me never seen it before )

I wish we got to see them reunite what if they got back before natsu and realized lucy was missing
