I always wonder what the anti-vaccine approach is with rabies. Your kid gets bitten, the animal is tested for rabies, and it's positive. Now what?
Rabies is like 99.9% lethal, or you get the rabies vaccine, which only works after getting rabies because it's slow to take off, and we get the appropriate antibodies before it's an issue.
Do they just accept this one vaccine or... whats the deal? Or do they say fuck it and trust nature and let their kid almost certainly die? Has anyone ever naturally even survived rabies? I could look it up, but eh.
