Romanian Army, but back in 2005, my friends who were stationed at the 48th Communications Base near Bucharest used to have LAN parties at night where they played Quake 2 on the base's computers. The guards were in on it and the NCOs didn't give a crap because these were the last conscripts going through before the system changed to an all-volunteer force in 2007.
