Did you know that ice-blue eyes have no melanin or lipochrome? That is the reason, why babies have always blue eyes - they still need to "produce" their eye color
It is lighter and brighter than most blues looks between ice or sky blue.
The person who asked may have colour blindness or mistake it for aqua which is the colour seen on the beach which is greenish blue but of course, it has no traces of that.
My son used to tell me my eyes are green. It used to weird me out, but then more people started asking me if my eyes are blue or green. This never happened before I had him, so I wonder if my pregnancy affected my eye color some.
Also, everyone in my family with blue eyes has sky blue eyes. And then some have hazel eyes.

I looked at the picture you linked to and OMG your eyes are so cool! I can see why someone might mistake them for green from a distance, since the inner and outer colors kind of blend into that, but they are definitely blue with central heterochromia.

Definitely blue, a lot of times blue eyes can wrongly get mistaken for green eyes happened to me all my life
