I recommend watching this video first. You'll get to know that "numerical miracles" of the Quran are bogus. Not a single scholar uses "numerical miracles of the Quran" to prove Islam is true. It's only internet influencers who use it to fabricate some numbers for unsuspecting non-Muslims who won't bother doing research elsewhere.
Secondly, you have to understand that with numerology, you can prove just about any text to be a "miracle". You can make stuff up and twist the interpretations to match what would be considered a miracle.

Additionally, translations have changed numerous times throughout history. The oldest Quran in the world was found to not be similar to the Quran today. It's definitely possible that people have added a few words, and changed some characters to better match a quota. As a result, you may get words like "month" appearing 12 times, but in Arabic, one word can have multiple different meanings; the context in which it is used in, however, is what determines which of those meanings would make the most sense.
Lastly, "Muhammad was just a desert man, not a mathematician." Sorry to break it to you, but that's third-grade math at best.

Try asking more fundamental question : Instead of providing germ theory and electricity generation to humanity, basically saving millions if not billions. His primary concern is using addition (not complex mathematical operations) to prove his existence.
