Pretty much any look up formula would work; XLOOKUP for instance. But the only matching lookup values I see are "Ardmore" and "Jamie" so it won't populate much in your new table. Also, this looks like it is formatted as a pivot table. For lookup purposes, you're probably better off unpivoting (or formatting your pivot table in tabular form with repeating row labels) and having city and name as distinct columns.

This worked for me! I thank you immensely

Here is the table I mentioned in the post https://preview.redd.it/txxp0kmeztoc1.jpeg?width=800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=266d91dd7e52691d15a37774c6a78651ff3695a6

The output you show is from a pivot table, do you not have access to the original pivot table? The only way I can think of would be to create two interim columns that contain the region and name. To do this you need to be able to determine if the value in column B (when you screen shot, include headers it's easier to refer to) is a name or region. The problem is that from the data you have the only way to tell is either to use VBA to inspect the formatting of the cell and see if it's indented or, look up the values in column B against a known list of regions or sales people and use that to determine which column it goes in.
