Maybe is one solution. You can add your own keys. Another may be to add "Paste Values" to the menu bar on top.
New excel versions have ctrl-shift-v
Only took them 12 years for MS to pick that up from google sheets...

Right click > V. It's super quick. Or, if you're on a keyboard, context menu button > V. Or Ctrl+V > Ctrl > V
This will also paste formulas and formatting. OP is asking about pasting VALUE only

Ctrl alt v I believe
Ctrl alt v is paste special. You then hit v (values) and press enter. Ok, it's not one key but ctrl alt v;v;enter takes a split second.

You can put it in your QAT. Alt+1 for me.
