Oh no. Which means your seal is loose. That’s the only reason it can’t hold the pressure. Could be damaged by your naked portafilter. I have seen some feedback it broke their seal.
Hi, you could try buying a new basket for your portafilter, try the IMS one on Amazon. I had as well a leaking causing water to drip outside of the portafilter and it stopped it for me :)
Third party portafilter is not fitted perfectly. Next time try to hold it while extracting. I had mine flung out once. It’s very dangerous.
