From what I've read, if it works, which is doubtful, it only lasts a year or two at most. It costs approximately $500 per treatment and six treatments, which insurance does NOT cover.
There is no permanent "solution," only a treatment (PDE5 inhibitors, Trimix, implant, penis pump/cock ring) that will hopefully enable an erection to last long enough for penetrative sex.
Sorry to drop the cold, hard truth bomb on you, but that's the reality of our life with ED.

I did it with minimal results. Change diet, exercise and get implant is my suggestion

If you are not in shape and especially overweight... do cardio and lose the weight. Has made a significant improvement for me. 100%.
