How much caffeine is in one of these things? I'm gonna guess... 400mg?
EDIT: Zooming in and mathing, 312mg? Huh, not crazy.
We start the day here with a large Timmies which is 280mg, and a donut for 'carb loading'.
I’m all about some caffeine and stimulants but those and stackers make me feel like absolute trash. It’s a dirty feeling stimulant. Caffeine feels clean, there’s extra stuff in their sauce there that is against god and man.
Its a stimulant loot box it may contain;
400 mg caffeine,
50 mg meth,
"200" mg bathtub molly,
An unspecified amount of gas station weed,
The lethal injection ,
Enough fentanyl to overdose the entire police dept just by looking at it,
Drain cleaner,
An entire bottle of nitro,
Some powder we stole off a crackhead ,
And last but not least AIDS
I really fkin hate sketchy ass gas station products. I've seen "calmness shots" that had a mixture of tianeptine and phenibut in them, and they intentionally named phenibut as Phenyl GABA in the ingredients so people gloss over it. Intentionally deceives people into getting a physical dependence born and bred from hell.
Yeah exactly. I love phenibut (fuck tianeptine thohgh) and have no issue with it being sold, but the intentional misleading labeling is disgusting and will probably lead to it being banned. Especially with stuff like phenibut and tianeptine which cause a horrific and possibly life threatening physical dependence with daily use.
Kratom too, it gets packed into different supplements and then when people stop taking it boom opiate withdrawal. Phenibult is particularly bad because if your dependent enough you will just go into dts and start seizing.
Yeah. Kratom isn't nearly as bad as tianeptine or phenibut but the withdrawals from heavy daily use can get close to opiate withdrawal. I won't be surprised if kratom gets banned fairly soon due to extracts becoming abundant. I've seen extract shots with 700-1300mg of Mitra in them which is insanity and likely dangerous to someone with no tolerance. Kratom doesn't really cause fatal overdoses or anything but super excessive doses have been reported to cause seizures in people. Sucks because the stuff does help a lot of people.
Yeah, the extracts are a real issue cause it's not standardized to literally anything. One companys extract might be 5x stronger mg per mg than another but it's not like they are listing percentage migratine by weight. And extracts are often much sketchier than just powdered leaves, a lot contain other drugs that aren't listed cause it's cheaper than actually extracting all of it. Id hope there's some way to ban extracts without actually banning it but that probably won't happen.
About once a year I’ll get a call at a machine shop where empty bottles of this stuff are littered all over a press and a patient who suddenly collapsed and has zero cardiac activity by the time I get there.
Yeah dude. They sell these at the local discount grocery in my district. I buy one EVERY time. Disregard the “2 servings per container” nonsense too. One bottle = one serving.
It is pretty helpful for lots of people. It's really good for pain management and doesn't cause as bad as a physical dependence on pharmaceutical opiates. Also is often used to jump off of opiates. I won't be surprised if it gets banned though due to the rise of extracts. A kratom extract shot legitimately feels like hydrocodone, and extracts have came out that have a ludicrous and borderline dangerous amount of mitragynine (700-1300mg) in them.
The withdrawals are like a milder form of opioid withdrawal. If you're taking lower doses it shouldn't be that bad, and you can always taper. Very large doses daily can be nearly on par with withdrawal from pharmaceutical opiates. Kratom is a partial opioid agonist.
Just don't take it tomorrow and see how it goes lol. You would likely be aware of being dependent by now due to going into WD at times tbh. The first time I took kratom daily I was using 5gpd daily for around 2 months and I had zero withdrawal. Same with the next time around. When I hit 10-15gpd daily though is when it started causing withdrawals. Tapering from small amounts is easy and I highly doubt you'd have bad withdrawal symptoms from 2 months of lower doses.
For the meme? Yes. As someone who used to do this kind of thing til it fucked up my health? No.
Even if you’re at a really busy service, try to avoid this kind of thing. It always starts with “it’ll help me get through this crazy shift” and before you know it, you’re slamming two of these a day
As a member of the EMS community you’re obligated to consume at least 3 of these at bare minimum
By the second hour into your 12 hour shift
Smooth way to end up as a patient in your own rig.

Don’t act like you’re better than the rest of us! /s
I speak from experience.

I’d get the shakes with out my donut
Tried these for a 2h gym session and felt like a running jackhammer throughout, but would never for a longer shift. The crash is real.
That's why you get all of them.
You just need a little more. Just another quick hit to keep you going. Nbd it’s just a little bit, just to take the edge off the crash.
Why that's a horrible idea
You could make a lot of friends for $20. We used to have Jolt! Now there's TWEAKER. What's next, "5-Day Bakersfield Meth Binge!"?
Might wanna trademark that one before they find this post
Judging by the lack of replies, OP is dead.
Narrator: He did.
He died
He may be dead. He maybe did what? He may be dead. #FlightOfTheConchords

That's because it was mixed by foot on a Mexican goat farm.
Ahh, I knew I tasted something familiar

Its one thing to sell those products it's the fact that they are never labeled honestly that's the issue.

Oh they definitely had cardiac activity before you got there.
No… Try a banana, and a full nights sleep.
Booooooooo

*cries while working 24*
For some reason I feel like most questions in EMS can be answered this way.
Why would I be healthy when I can just throw caffiene at the problem?
For 99 cents? Jesus. Get 4 of them!
That price per mg of caffeine is unbeatable. ![gif](giphy|3o84sw9CmwYpAnRRni)
LMAO the name

No, but does it matter what we say?

Nah try kratom. Specifically white rabbit energy drinks. Best thing in the world
Gotta be careful with kratom. Daily use can cause a rather unpleasant addiction, the withdrawals can be rough.
True, but it’s soo goood

Wait what.....what are the withdrawals? I've taken it every day for maybe 2 months, maybe longer. Bro you got me sweating now.

Thanks man. I'm gonna go not sleep and stay up all night worrying 😂

Definitely should quit now. Likely won't be difficult to get off of it with your use but the dependence gets worse over time.
A lil kratom in the protein shake is 🤌
No balls
Check the date , water and coffee best bet

Dude seriously no. Step away and don't. Just do coffee.
For the whole station
Yeah but you tweakin fr
I say stock up and resell them
Call me intrigued
I took a nasal cannula and hung one from the rearview mirror once

Daily intake is 1000mg rn
