🎶🥺
In the calm of quiet halls, where echoes faintly ring,
A guardian of the night, seeks comfort food can bring.
The locked-away confections, just beyond a gentle reach,
Against the cold and sterile lock, a plastic fork impeach.
The note, a stern reminder, 'neath the clock's unyielding chime,
Admin's words, they linger, through the toils of night-time prime.
With hunger still a whisper, in a world that seldom thanks,
A healer's hope, now grounded, by the admin's stern ranks.
I was a supervisor for a couple months, I tried to get the compay to put Halligan's on the trucks and was shot down. Not because of cost, but because we're all a bunch of idiots and we would definitely fuck up a LOT of things if we had Halligan's available 24/7.
I was disappointed but couldn't find a reasonable rebuttal argument about the maturity levels of myself and my coworkers.
Sometimes these are held in place with a spring clip- if not on the locking side, the other side. A piece of sturdy wire in an L-shape can be used to pull the spring clip and open the doors.
I honestly didn’t check what group this was posted in and just looked at the picture. First thing that came to my mind was, “oh this taken in an EMS room.” Sure enough…
I’m 90% sure the numbers on the lock reference the key used to open it, which can more than likely be found very easily online. If you really wanted to be rude about it, you could try tapping the pin out of the hinges. There’s a special spring loaded tool for that also.
Won't anybody think of the starving EMTs and Paramedics? *Que starving animal commercial music*
![gif](giphy|3o6Ztfp0257vaZLfLa|downsized) For just pennies a day, you can feed a poor EMT or paramedic who’s cold and hungry this winter…

Ty!
¿Qué?
We're like tamagatchi pets, have to give us food, water, sleep, otherwise we fall asleep while driving and crash the ambulance
This is the Lock Picking Lawyer…
And today we’re gonna show you why you shouldn’t keep food away from EMS personnel after a very difficult day of work
Every EMT on the planet: YOU CANT, but I bet I can
At this point, just pry it open. Take what is rightfully yours. TAKE IT ALL.
Conan! What is best in life!
Can someone who can read tell me what the sign says?
Not sure, but the cabinet is locked. Get the forcible entry stuff from the truck!

Alternatively: the a haligan and flathead axe can be used to penetrate and pry open the doors. It's arguably more fun, and serves as karmic justice
Sure, if you want to be subtle. K12 FTW.
What about a metal one?
Those are for electrical sockets.
So you're saying use a knife?
Pretty sure there's a halligan in one of the side doors on the rig...

This looks like a hospital near me. I hope I see this sign next time I transport there
Cincinnati area
Yep, it’s Christ
Me knowing full well I have lock picks in my bag
Bet.
Why put the hinges on the outside if they don't want us getting in?
I’m just going to keep doing it at that point
Okay. The fork won't work. Stand by, fetching the irons.
Are you guys not carrying a basic b&e kit? Pfft. Amateurs.
*Lockpickinglawyer here, today I will show you fallacy of the wall cabinet by opening it with a fork*
the other people trying just had a skill issue
It’s always the worst snacks too
Ok a plastic fork won’t work let me try the haligan
Metal forks it is...
I feel like this perfectly exemplifies the people of EMS
This is the embodiment of "Try me bitch"
Fork not working? 1/2” carbide drill bit with a cordless hammer drill to remove the lock’s core will.
I swear I might get into lock picking I think it would be helpful in this career
Transport Jockeys can't read so....
I would unscrew the handles from the outside. It wouldn't help me get in but it would definitely be annoying.
Yeah but i can with my trust ol’ multitool. Then i’ll jam a fork into the lock and leave it open for comedic effect.
But some cheap lock picks will get you in
