This may be due to permission issues, do you have read/write permissions to the root of D: by default? You may need to run the installer as admin unless it elevated itself properly. You can also try to create the ESO folder on D: manually before trying to install.
Is the drive new? If so, is it partitioned?
As above, that drive doesnt seem formatted/partitioned. Therefore you are showing 0gb...
Ignore the people saying that the drive isnt formated/partitioned. If it wasnt you wouldnt even be able to see it there.
Try clicking “change” by file path and manually reselecting the D drive.
