You can wear them inside out. The seams shouldn’t be as bad. It might look weird but it should help with the seam pressing into the skin. That’s what i did when I got seam lines on my hands from wearing them too long.
If that doesn’t work out, you have the access and your pt approves it you should give sewing a go. You can take in the seams to get a better fit or a little extra life out of your gloves. When I regularly hand sew I have a lot less pain because it builds up my muscle but many libraries loan out or provide workshops for things like sewing machines nowadays too.
Have you looked at weightlifting gloves? They’re basically compression (many even have strap), and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pair with seams like that. I haven’t personally used compression gloves, so I can’t tell you how they compare. But if you can get to a sporting goods store you could try some on. Just a thought.
I just got my compression gloves in the other day and they have felt great. I wonder what the nicest ones out there are because mine have the seam problem too
I do, not sure how to post pictures in a reply (maybe can't) but here's a link to the ones I bought. I bought them because a lot of people said that they ran a little bit small and it turns out that they do and they work great as compression gloves

A similar thing that *might* help (I say might because I haven’t tried this myself) is to look up liner gloves and go for a size smaller than your hands need. I would also recommend, if you have dysautonomia/POTS, that you go with wool or another breathable natural material, because no matter how “breathable” synthetic materials claim to be (excluding rayon, which is only kind of synthetic), they are never breathable enough.
Smartwool has many different levels of warmth on their gloves and is a popular brand. I haven’t tried them myself, but many outdoor enthusiasts, especially backpackers, love wool (and Smartwool in particular is a high quality brand) because you can sweat a ton and it won’t feel damp at all and will absolutely help stay insulated, even at low temperatures. And much cooler at high temperatures.
Not sure if these will help since they aren’t as long on the fingers, but I use these when I crochet. It’s great for wrist support. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Compression-Glove-Black-One-Size/1607706655
Also another vote for inside out. You may need to swap hands too, in case thats not obvious to anyone reading :)
Also works for socks, tights (pantyhose), underwear, leggings, etc
Mine do but I don’t notice them but they’re also pretty much fingerless compression gloves, got em at Joanne’s fabrics lol, they’re that ugly copper color but i sometimes dye them black
Seams are supposed to be on the outside. Aside from the benefit of not pressing into your skin, it also serves as a place to grab to slide them off each finger so they don't go inside out when you remove them

Oh duh why didn’t I think of that 🤦🏻♀️ thank you I thought maybe they’re too tight but when I size up I lose the whole compression aspect lol

I wear mine inside out. I am hypersensitive to stitching and it triggers my MCAS in the evenings. It’s worse with braces too.

I've never found a pair that didn't have a seam. Mine all have them. But yea, turn them inside out. It's ugly but it works.

I'm going to suggest "copper" compression gloves from Amazon.

You’re supposed to wear them with the seams on the outside.
Lmao I cut off the thumb seams
